Stuck on alert screen

Welcome! 
Have you tried to change the schedule (or time limit) via my.kaspersky.com → Kids or via Safe Kids app on your mobile? Try both variants, how will it go? Make sure to press “Save” when changing the settings at the site.

If the issue persists, please submit a ticket to technical support and let me know its number.

  1. Is the same problem: “Stuck on alert screen” happening to you? 
  2. May we know what device your child uses: a Windows PC or Laptop, an Android, iOS, MAC? 
  3. Have you tried the solution provided by @Igor Kurzin
  4. Has the device been powered off & on? 
  5. Post an image of the problem please?
