Downloading on  windows 7 laptop gets to Privacy and wont load beyond 99%

I don't think these are what the OP wants. I also saw someone having the same problem: they are using Windows 7 and tried to install Kaspersky Standard 21.18 and got stuck at 99% for a whole day. At this point, the installer shows the installation is in the Privacy section (which I believe is what the OP means by 'gets to Privacy') and is 'Setting up Webcam and Mic Control'.

I think this problem is extremely rare or has never occurred in previous versions since I am unable to find anything similar on the Internet. Can you please suggest an alternative way to install the Kaspersky?
