I have a problem with my laptop's registry, and I cleared everything and installed Windows using a bootable pen drive. After that, I installed Kaspersky Standard on my laptop and entered the activation key, but it says "you have reached the maximum number of devices". I am using the same device. I'll change the device name to the older name because Windows will set a random device name. I don't remember the password for my Kaspersky account to disconnect the old device. Help me please[I have Kaspersky standerd for 1 user]

Hi @nayomi kumarasinghe, I have made some corrections, please check now. Please do not enter activation code in the Kaspersky Standard, instead connect Kaspersky Standard to your My Kaspersky account to activate the product.

Thanks a lot. Now I have activated it and also found my Kaspersky account password. Now I will see a message like "confirm the device is yours". How to do that

In your account: devices - select your new device - installed apps - confirm.

The device was added to the old place [@igor-kurzin-127 removed the old device, and I added my license to the Kaspersky standard]. I can find "confirm" on there. I can't add an email to "Data leak checker". How to fix all?

Thank you for the update!

We're delighted to read there's been *progress* -> Well done!!

  1. Kaspersky Standard *only* allows for a single-email address, to add multiple email addresses, it's necessary to have a Kaspersky Plus OR Kaspersky Premium subscription. 
  2. It's not possible to ADD additional emails to the DLC in the Kaspersky Standard package. 
  3. YOUR subscription / application is *ACTIVE* the information shows under (your) email address on the left-hand-side of the application window. 
  4. YOUR email address will be *automatically* checked - as per what is registered to the subscription/supplication -> what is the *error*, we need to see what you see, hide any private information before posting.

Have you confirmed the device adding for sure? The email address is still partially hidden, it looks like it hasn't been confirmed yet. Or you haven't reopened the main product's window.
