I have registered a My Kaspersky account. During my usage, I have purchased and activated license keys for Kaspersky Standard, Plus, Office Small, etc. Over a long period, I have added all these license keys to my My Kaspersky account, and now the total has reached 100 keys.

When I tried to add another key, I received a notification saying: "The activation limit for installed applications has been exceeded." I carefully checked, and the key I purchased is legitimate, but I still can't add it to my Kaspersky account.

I contacted the reseller, and they informed me that each Kaspersky account can only store 100 keys. I was truly surprised—I don't understand why Kaspersky would impose such a restriction.

I then tried to find a way to delete expired keys from my account so that I could add new ones for easier activation management, but I couldn't find any option to remove them from my account. Ironically, I still can’t find such a function anywhere in the My Kaspersky interface.

In the end, I had to create a new Kaspersky account just to be able to add the new key I purchased once my current account reached the 100-key limit. How ridiculous is that? ?

Hello @ngthhung.profile,

Welcome!

  1. The team to assist deleting/managing Licenses/subscriptions from (your) account is:  Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts; they have access to (your) private information - to protect (your) security & privacy that information is not available in the Community-Forum; select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*.
  2. The support team could also have assisted (you) with the: "The activation limit for installed applications has been exceeded." issue - as long as the key was not pirated. Read: "You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code" error
