How do I tell if my Kaspersky Security Cloud version is legitimate/official?

I don’t really remember where I downloaded from, I think it was from the official Kaspersky site, actually, I’m 90% sure it was, but I’m a bit paranoid about it. Is it just by Digital Signatures and whether they’re valid?

I use the free version.

I don’t think you understood, I meant if there’s a way to check if my current download of Kaspersky Security Cloud Free is official, not where to download it from.

I think you misunderstood me again. I currently have an installed version of Security Cloud Free and I want to check whether it’s a legitimate, working version of it. To do that, do I just have to check whether the digital signatures are fine?

I think valid digital signatures of the programs or modules are the best identifier.

Besides, the program checks during the installation if any module has been modified. If so, it will abort with an error message.

As system drivers are installed, Windows also checks if they are certified.

So I would like to claim: if you have installed a KL product, it is a KL product.
