Can't access my Live Outlook email account, Me.Kis.V2.SCr.Kaspersky-Labs.com

Back on April 17 when I went to access my Outlook email account I noticed that it was taking longer then usual to log in...So I did all the common sense actions to see if it was the internet. Once I did all that I could do without making it worse I realized I could go not further. So….what I have noticed is that every time I try to log into my Outlook email, @ the bottom left side of my screen I see this msg….”Waiting for Me.Kis.V2.SCr.Kaspersky-Labs.com….Does anyone know what this means & can anyone help me troubleshoot this problem so I can get into my Outlook email. I’m expecting some important emails & its imperative that I get in to read them as soon as possible! #INEEDHELP #IMATMYWITSEND! Thank You!

Welcome!

  • Is the issue happening in Edge Chromium browser? 
  • If “yes”, Kaspersky are aware pf the problem & are suggesting a workaround 
  • Do cache clearing via shift+F5 or clean the cache completely in Edge Chromium.
