When you do it weekly and scan finished?
If yes... If still duration is long this might me caused by your storage space. You have maybe a lot of GB of files and also zip files taking long scanning.

After installation kaspersky is better to do a full scan after update...
First full scan will be longer but I recommend to do it..
In future full scan will be shorter...

Kaspersky is set to let the performance for windows services first after restart or start pc. And after that is Windows booted into desktop then kaspersky turning on their services.
So if your PC is slow after restart something is wrong. Your pc specifications might be helpful.
Please your PC specifications like CPU, ram, ssd or HDD?

I agree... These new reports needs graphics improvements.

Sometimes is very difficult find right report.
There are a lot of items. Grouping by date (like in windows explorer grouping by date) should be very helpful and clear.
As you can see in screen below are repors from today (16.9.2020, 15.9, etc 05.09.) many days.

Welcome.
You can use key only -1 year and +3 years → For example you have licnese bought in 2020 year you can use it for kaspersky 2019 version and also for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023. -
You have bittdefender antivirus installed. And Bitdefender blocks kaspersky websites.
Always use only one antivirus. -

This mean that kaspersky trying update virus definition… And lookslike that can´t connect (reconnecting on same server many times)…
Try manual update and see if will be same result. Also check your internet connection (speed). -
