Hi @pathompson00, please do the following and let us know of the results:
1. Download kpm_register_plugins_24_0.zip via the link: https://box.kaspersky.com/f/e343898274684110b877/?dl=1
2. Unpack the archive to any folder
3. Right click the file kpm_register_plugins_24_0_v2.bat and select 'Run as administrator'.
4. Restart PC
Will the issue persist?

Try this:
1. Disable Self-Defense via Settings -> General
2. Exit Kaspersky product
3. Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report\ and delete all the contents (files and folders)
4. Run Kaspersky product
5. Enable Self-Defense
6. Check the issue.

Please add www.edgeservices.bing.com to Trusted addresses via Settings -> Security Settings -> Network Settings -> Trusted Addresses -> Add.
Save the changes, restart browser and check.

1. Перейдите в настройки программы, выберите раздел Общие и уберите галочку с пункта Самозащита.
2. Выгрузите продукт.
3. Откройте путь C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report и удалите все содержимое данной папки.
4. Запустите продукт.
5. Включите Самозащиту.

KIS 21.3 will definitely be supported for more than 1 year. You do not need to upgrade to Kaspersky Standard/Plus/Premium right now, there is no urgency at all.

Проверьте историю в браузере, есть ли подозрительные ссылки, содержащие в названии mail.ru?
Если сайт в базе фишинговых сайтов - то нет, выдал бы предупреждение.
Очень маловероятно.
Для большего спокойствия рекомендуем сменить пароль для входа на почту.
