No apology needed - every little bit of information helps. I contacted Kaspersky support today by phone and spoke with a nice and knowledgeable rep... he knew what I was referring to and told me to add exemptions for the specific URLs in a place I would not have thought to look, which fixed the issue. In an enterprise environment with an administration server, in the policy for the applicable container for the computers, it is under General settings -> Network settings -> under the Encrypted connections scan section there is a Configure trusted addresses button where you can enter not just specific IP addresses but also domain URLs including wildcard characters (e.g. *.problemwebsite.com). You have to list the affected domains individually, but after you save the changes to the policy and the changes propagate to the affected machines, the sites are again accessible. I also use Kaspersky on my personal computers. While I am not experiencing the issue with the home-grade antivirus (21.23.6.614), the equivalent settings would be under Settings (the gear icon at the bottom left of the of application window) -> Security settings -> Advanced protection -> Advanced settings -> Network settings -> under the Encrypted connections scan section there is a Configure trusted addresses link where you can enter the domain URLs. As I said, my home machines were not affected, but that is the equivalent setting on the Kaspersky home product I use.

Same is in my case. When I contacted Kaspersky, they were talking like they are not aware of this issue.

Наоборот, расширение в некотором роде решает ряд проблем, желательно его активировать. Но дело Ваше, конечно. Можно, но это не так просто. Нужно ставить из дистрибутива K. Standard 21.22, потом активировать его кодом KFA. Мороки может быть много, а толку мало. Попробуйте также выгрузить антивирус (в трее ПКМ по значку антивируса - Выход). Если после этого проблема сохранится - вероятнее всего она не связана с антивирусом.

Угу, я заметила все эти хождения вокруг да около. Мы не при чём, виноваты провайдеры... Ну вот теперь, кстати, можно действительно переложить вину на моих провайдеров, и я ничего уже доказать не смогу 🙌. И синхронность (вторая по счёту) перекрытия доступа к YouTube на определённых серверах тоже не будет весомым аргументом. Да, в целом отсутствие на странице продукта информации о переходе на новую инфраструктуру и связанных с этим "но" уже доверие подрывает. Понятно, что у людей есть право вернуть деньги, но ни к чему хорошему замалчивание по итогу не приводит.

Увы. Не помогло. Не хотелось бы это ставить. Скажите, пожалуйста, а вернуться к предыдущей версии Касп. нельзя? Чтобы эксперимент был чистый:) Хотя, посмотрела: 12.11.25 был обновлен FF (с 115.29 на 115.30), а 13.11.2025 обновился Касп. Надо ж так совпало! Наверное, дело в FF, раз на Хроме нормально.

I have my file manager windows app blocked from network activity. But using that file manager I have some url shortcut files, as bookmarks to those websites. If my windows default web browser is not currently running then clicking the file will launch the browser but Kaspersky blocks it. Even though the browser is network allowed. If I run my browser first then copy over the url into the box it isn't blocked. This happens with any kind of file where I want the program not to connect to the internet but if it runs a file that I want to connect it won't. How can I allow url shortcuts to pass but keep the file manager blocked? Same with updating software. I wish that for my apps I can "Check For Updates" and Kaspersky will allow it, but that's the only thing it will allow.

Насколько я помню, это я предлагал цену скинуть и еще @kmscom, если не путаю. Впервые радуюсь такому количеству багов на старой подписке: и YT работает, и скорость приличная, и локаций много. 🙂 Надеюсь, тут править их не станут.
