I bought Kaspersky premium on amazon.co.uk, I live in the EU. During installation, I got the error "The activation code is invalid for this region". I am logged in to Amazon with the correct address, but I still managed to buy the wrong product. How can I return the purchased license code or exchange it for one that works in my country?

Hello, are you still hitting this or reinstalling Kaspersky fixed the issue? I'm hitting this* for a couple of months but on macOS (Sequoia) and running Kasperky Premium and I don't run any updates other than the ones provided by Apple to everyone. *Only browsers stop working, everything else still works. I did open 2 incidents with Kaspersky but it didn't help, especially because issue is intermittent and there's no way to be prepared and ready capturing network packets before it happens. Also, issue seems to have some relation with Firefox as FF sometimes freezes when issue happens and I try to stop it. I've just uninstalled Kaspersky for now.

Не работает ВПН. Каждый второй сервер не работает - это еще мягко сказано. Протокол "WireGuard" не работает уже месяца 3 где-то. До этого только "Гидрой" пользовался. Но и она умерла. Указано - юзайте двойной ВПН. Так и он не работает. Подключаешь ВПН и результат какой:1) Глобус в трее и точно ничего не работает; 2) Нормальная иконка ПК (типа с сетью все ОК) но все равно интернета нет. Запускаешь диагностику сети - ответ:"У вас все нормально, интернет есть". Но ни одна страничка не работает, и стим не грузится. Уже задолбался прыгать по серверам. Работа с ВПНом начинается с получасового поиска рабочего сервера. Качество как у бесплатного ВПНа.
