Dear Community We are facing an issue on our workstations where RustDesk is installed , Netagent is showing transport level error and cannot communicate with KSC and when we uninstall RustDesk and then reinstall Net-agent it start working properly. Does anyone faced this issue , How to solve it.

After upgrading to Windows 11 (Fresh Install from 10) I am seeing this weird issue. Sometimes when my PC boots the Kaspersky Tray Icon remains red for eternity. It shows Application is Starting when clicked and the main window is green meaning no threats whatsoever. Also if the protection is paused and then restarted it goes back to green or if Explorer is restarted it goes back to green. I have a Windows 10 PC where this issue never happened in 17 years of using Kaspersky. Details are below. Windows was last updated previous week. Since I am on a slow wifi it is set to do only monthly updates
