To set your *expectations* -> why should @harlan4096 increase his VM size, he's already given you a lot of assistance; everyone in the Kaspersky Community provides voluntary support & advice, no-one is 'employed' by Kaspersky unless they have Kaspersky employee beside their image/avatar.
