Are you attempting to play Arknights: Endfield and OR Duet Night Abyss via browser or installed app, IF browser, has another browser been used? Post back the Kaspersky Premium version, on Windows Taskbar, *Hidden-icons*, right-click the Kaspersky icon, select About? Hello @Magpie, welcome. It is entirely possible that the Kaspersky GUI was damaged during the Windows upgrade. To determine or rule this out, I would first uninstall Kaspersky using the corresponding Windows function. After restarting the computer, reinstalling the software may fix the error.
