В то же время, по результатам анализа обращений мы видим, что проявление проблемы может отличаться в зависимости от региона, провайдера, маршрутизации и конкретных сетевых условий, из-за чего одинаковый симптом не всегда имеет одну и ту же первопричину. Именно поэтому техническая поддержка в ряде случаев продолжает запрашивать дополнительную информацию. Это не попытка «тянуть время», а необходимость отделить ситуации, напрямую зависящие от текущего состояния инфраструктуры, от случаев, где влияние оказывают локальные условия (провайдер, DNS-перехват, маршруты, особенности клиентской среды). Важно отметить, что в некоторых сценариях мы действительно можем предложить решение или обходной вариант уже сейчас, не дожидаясь полного завершения всех глобальных работ. Именно для этого и требуется точная диагностика на стороне клиента.

Просто ответьте, для чего мною была куплена подписка? ВПН в большинстве случаев не работает. Что только не делал, обновлял, писал в поддержку, то работает, то не работает. За что вы взяли деньги?
