Was the date: 12/31/1899 (C) manually searched for? IF that date is changed to 12/31/2024, does the problem persist? Как добавить папку в исключения

Вроде там два раза одно и то же (кроме IP), разве нет? У меня тоже нормально открывается и скачивается все. Кроме локаций РФ и РБ, т.к. блок с их стороны.
