If the activation code for the new product line is displayed in My Kaspersky account (this item is available not for all regions), it can now be used to activate the old product line (exactly - version 21.3). You need to enter the code into the product and log in to your account in the app. You should also disable automatic version upgrade in the registry. Уточнил в поддержке по поводу активации новыми кодами старой линейки - это действительно работает в настоящее время. Главное, чтобы в подписке в личном кабинете отображался код активации (есть не для всех регионов, но для России точно есть). Этот код вводится в старый продукт (точно подойдет версия 21.3), осуществляется вход в аккаунт в приложении - и подписка на устройстве активируется. Ну и не надо забывать отключить автообновление версии через реестр. Если есть дополнительные вопросы - всегда можете обратиться в поддержку для уточнения. Но в целом старая линейка принимает сейчас новые коды, это не ошибка. Другое дело, как долго это еще будет работать.

Здравствуйте. Видимо пришло время обратиться в техподдеркжу через Kaspersky Company Account с трассировками сервера администрирования и GSI.

KSC версия 15.1.0.22239. Почтовый сервер Kerio mail server 9.2.12 patch 1 (5027) включена авторизация для отправки по SMTP. Все проверено много раз ошибок нет. Учетка пароль порт. Протоколы. Отчеты не уходят. Как посмотреть логи почему не уходят отчеты.

According to the shared article -- if I understood it correctly -- com_antivirus.dll (being a driver here) must also be signed with a Microsoft Authenticode + WHQL certificate. And this signature would be provided through a catalog (.cat) file, which basically does not exist for com_antivirus.dll. If that's the case, then isn't it the antivirus providers that should apply for this WHQL certification? And till that point the driver should be simply removed as it won't be loaded anyway. Is this correct?
