Kaspersky Password Manager

Hi, I can’t restore a bakcup copy from the vault that I made several days ago. Apparently KPM has been updated to a new version recently that does not support restoring backups from older versions. This is insane. Now I need to install an older version that will recognize the backup. Can you please provide me with a link to download an older version? My current version is: 9.0.2.16299 (p) / 1622721292_6892 / 1.0.363.0-0.8.3.0_1

I have KTS, and dont problems for months, 2 or 3 days ago, KPM got me a problems, dont open, I delete and reinstall KAT, KPM too and now, cant install KPM in my laptop, Windows 10 / 64. I read the forums and try in differents modes and I cant….., need help

I recently changed my KPM’s main password by using the web version. When I try to log in to KPM by using the new main password, It says “data on this device is out of sync, to sync your data, enter the old main password set on this device” It doesn’t sync when I enter my old main password. When I go to “Sync your vault” option, It asks for my new Main Password. It’s says “Data synced successfully, from now on, use the main password to unlock the vault” But when I click done, It doesn’t go anywhere. If I have to go back from there, I have to lock the vault and log in again. How can I fix this issue ?

I installed Password Manager as part of Total Security. For only 1 user account does Password Manager keep asking me to confirm which kaspersky account to use. Once chosen, it then asks for the master password. How do I get it to remember which account to use

Hi I have a similar problem, my KPM extension has been installed just fine directly from the KPM settings, browser extensions tab, however the extension fails to recognize my main password for unlocking the vault. Windows 7 Mozilla Firefox 89.0 (64-bit) My entire suite was just reinstalled today over remote connection by tech support with the use of kavremover.

I just renewed the license for KPM. But it keeps popping up asking me to continue KPM. The pop up keeps saying it will expire June 7, 2021.How do I stop KPM from popping up all the time?

Hi, I’m using Kaspersky Total Security. How many passwords can I store in my Password Manager ? Does Total Security come with Premium Password manager or Should I purchase it separately ?

this is a classic bait and switch company, lures you in with a small package requiring you to upgrade everything! and the worst? when I went to support it was useles., however, if I “upgraded” to premium service they would help me! I will now research removing this corrupt software and looking for an honest company that is upfront with costs. I would pay for everything in one shot, but don’t like to get shaken down at every turn.

Password Manager keeps asking whether I want to save passwords it has already saved. It happens with many sites & is very annoying. There is no error/notification. I’m on Windows 10 using Chrome. Screenshot attached. Cheers Mick

KPM version 9.0.2.15298 (o) / 1618519177_6844 / 1.0.363.0-0.8.3.0_1 Kaspersky Protection version 1.5.13.0 Total Security Version 21.3.10.391 (b) when Kaspersky protection addon is enabled, KPM autosave feature only works for a few websites like reddit etc. i have also tested this with the edge browser, whilst Kaspersky protection addon is enabled, kpm’s autosave feature breaks, only works on sites like google, reddit and such. Please fix :)

Hi When I try to import password from Chrome. I just get the message “Import completed successfully. No entries where added.” message. However there are many password in Chrome that are not in the KPM. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

I would like to know if there is any prospect of implementing 2FA in PASSWORD MANEGER. It is worrying that this company that works safely does not implement this function to the program. We know that several other competitors already make use of this necessary resource, thus guaranteeing their customers greater reliability in the program and brand of the supplier company.

The Password Manager is not bad. I only have one problem with it - the Password Manager always fills in forms. This probably should not be. Instead, it should only be made available for use. In this way - you can decide whether or not to use it. I know - probably seems weird. But the thing is - it works better that way. . There is a reason WHY they do it that way. Anyway - just an idea. :-)

When I try to connect my existing account it accepts my user and password, I receive the sms code and it just hangs for eternity. I can never get past the free version. The web version just hangs and does nothing except for stating “Loading”. My other products such as Kaspersky VPN Premium and Total Security work fine. Also on my iphone i can access my password manager normally.

I’m in the process of evaluating KPM in order to decide if I should buy it or not and I’ve hit a major roadblock: while on the PC you have to type your master password only once at startup, on android the maximum timeout allowed is ten minutes! I get that there’s a security risk in case you lose your device, but not all Android devices are outdoor devices (think about tablets), and not all PCs stay at home only (laptops and such). As I was saying, after ten minutes you have to re-type your password all over again, this led me to think of changing my master password into something shorter and simpler, but this would kind of defeat the (security) purpose of a password mana…

Hello. I entered an incorrect password twice due to multitasking when logging in, and subsequently "device security is at risk" is displayed. I've also reset the password twice. How is the security message removed?

I’ve just installed password manager and began changing passwords for my various accounts. I find this process to be confusing because when I changed the user name and password for an account and checked it in password manager it indicates that the password is only medium strength even though it’s 12 characters with numerals and symbols and also indicates that it’s not unique, being used 4 times. does this mean it’s being used by someone else?

I uploaded many documents to KPM a while ago and now wish to view them but they are greyed out with A download icon on top of the document and the word download underneath the icon but pressing either of the buttons does not work so I cannot access the documents. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug that needs fixing please?
