Kaspersky Internet Security

I installed Kaspersky Internet Security yesterday. Now when I double-click on the desktop icon for Adobe Acrobat Reader, it will not open. A Windows 10 window opens that says, "Windows cannot find, C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroRD32.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again." I have been told by one Microsoft Support response to de-install Kaspersky and go back to Microsupport Windows Defender but I don't want to make such a drastic move this early in the game before I could find a solution to my issue. Kaspersky was unable to completely remove the "360 Antivirus Software", and warning signals frequently popped up. Follow Kaspersky's instructions. Soon after the removal, the warning signal popped out again, which is very annoying. Can Kaspersky completely solve it?

I am so frustrated that Kaspersky has no real customer service! I am reduced to asking my fellow consumers for help about how to stop Kaspersky from fraudulently charging me a yearly subscription for a subscription that is not even active anymore. Please please please!!!!!! put Kaspersky Spam back onto the the Microsoft Outlook toolbar. The current setup makes it necessary to enter incorrectly marked emails in Outlook edit mode to remove the incorrect header spam identifier and then to enter Kaspersky setup to modify it to prevent future similar emails being incorrectly marked. I have to do this numerous times a day.

Just now when i start Outlook I get persistent error every time I click anything. Hello, I am trying to login to Microsoft O365. I first get a blocked screen saying that the Microsoft site is dangerous. Then when I click to continue anyways, I get an error. I'm using mac OS Monterey version 12.4 on a new apple M1 MacBook Pro. I am also using Kaspersky Internet Security for the Mac version 21.1.0.150d.e. Upon attempting to update the software, I was notified that it is the latest version. I've noticed that there are no options to setup exclusions on the Mac version of your software. Hello. Each time I open chrome or firefox in win 10 there is this annoying notification by kaspersky about installing chrome/firefox extension. “Using Google Chrome? Install Kaspersky Protection extension to increase your level of protection while online”. Its very annoying. I tried to disable it in kaspersky setting and from win10 notification center but it keeps coming back. I am using my computer to work and this notifications really bother my workflow. Hi, I have Kaspersky. Today a new issue happened with all my browsers (Chrome, Edge and Firefox) When I try to launch a browser and go online, all the pages don't load. All I have is a message saying that the website (ex: youtube.com) is temporary unaccessible or was moved permanently. Hello, My KIS identified a Malware called HEUR:Trojan.Win32.Generic and has desinfect it ten times already, but when the computer restarts, it appears again. I tried to delete the archive with eraser, but without sucess. Tried to stop it with autoruns, but it keeps coming back. KIS is unable to stop it. What can I do? It's location is: C:\Users\jvict\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\My\CTLs\Adobe The archive is called: taskhost.exe I'm using Windows 10 and don't know what another information could be useful to add here. I am trying to update the Kaspersky internet security database on windows 10 laptop. it downloads the files and gets to 100% but then says the update has failed. This has worked fine until yesterday. I only have 21 days left on licence

just updated to windows 10 version 1903 and safe money still not working with the edge browser. I have had this issue for a while now. I have been helping tech support with this issue sending reports back and the last time they got back to me, they said there was a fix for this issue. have I got to wait till Kaspersky internet security 2020 is released to correct this issue.

I have a computer running Windows 10 Professional. I have Kaspersky Internet Security. I was recently alerted to a detection of HEUR.Trojan-Downloader.Script.Generic. When I tried to resolve it, the exclamation point icon turned to a spinning circle for about a second, and then went back to the exclamation point. KIS says that the detection was an e-mail attachment. I use Thunderbird on my desktop, and webmail for Gmail and Outlook. As far as I can tell, I never received an e-mail from the account that it claims the detection was found in. I never opened any unusual attachments. Hello from old forum to the new comunity forum :) My problem is in application control (i noticed it randomly when i browsing detailed reports) I switched it to english language Shift+F12... App control blocking Sonic Suite 3 (SS3Svc32.exe and SS3Svc64.exe because reading memory from other processes) which is program for audio settings supplied along with Asus ROG products. A lot of this action is blocked.. And why i was not notifed about this?

Hi, Everytime I start/restart my laptop or at random times I am getting a popup with the title Kaspersky VPN , the message is Error connecting to My Kaspersky. Check your internet connection settings. This seems to be happening from last week. I am on Windows 11. I used to have google chrome extension for VPN. But ever since this message started to popup, I removed the extensions and restarted the browser too. I don't use any proxy. My Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391(j) license is still valid. With the 2020 upgrade the Kaspersky Protection extension is completely different. I no longer have the green shield but a green hexagon with the eye. I tried looking for an answer for this, but every time I found a topic about it, people would always assume that the issue is with the Secure Keyboard Input feature itself, so let me be clear: I don’t want to get rid of Secure Keyboard Input. I LIKE that feature in and of itself. I like the idea that my keystrokes aren’t being logged. What I want to get rid of is the little popup TELLING me that’s what it’s doing. Every. Single. Time.
