hi all, Anyone can help me please, looks like Kasp Firewall keeps blocking my spotify app in Windows 10. I can get around it by pause Kasp protection, however every time protection resume, spotify stop working, it is so annoying. I tried to adjust setting in Kasp. but I am stuck. Thanks in advance.

Why is detected like a potential ilicit software used criminals? I think is one of the best Drivers updaters (If is not the best!) I’ve been wondering if KIS scans files that I download automatically? And when? When downloading? Or when accessed? So, I did a test with the EICAR virus text file from ‘this’ site and I did not get any notification at all!! As new updates come dark mode seems to be the new look on applications. Most applications today tend to offer a dark mode option in them. But in Kaspersky Internet Security app for Windows lacks that appearence. Even though this has nothing to do with cybersecurity the bright colors in the UI is harder on the eyes.

Hello, I using macOS Mojave 10.14.5 and KIS 19.0.0.294a.b.c.d. It happens very frequently to have the scanning (let it be Quick or Full) hang at the same object com.apple.telemetry. I'm unable to stop the scan too. The only resolution is to restart the machine. This issue was present on High Sierra too. Please advise. Thank you!

Recently i've had issue's over the Past Month of Games having issues accessing the Internet. "Satisfactory" can't Access the Epic Online Servers (EOS) google and tried fixes. nothing worked. just played single player. Tried to install the "EPIC launcher". Launcher couldn't update. Hello. I'm running KAV version 19.0.0.294b.c.d on MacOS 10.13.6. I cannot access the Mac App Store if KAV is running. My Internet connection is fine otherwise, and I can access other sites without any problem. Only by turning off KAV protection am I able to connect to the Mac App Store. If I enable KAV protection, the App Store is no longer accessible. Is there a fix so I can run KAV internet security AND access the App Store.

Whenever I launch Google Chrome 77, KIS 20 reports that Chrome is using my webcam … but Chrome is not, in fact, using my webcam. Why does KIS 20 do this? Is disabling Webcam Protection the only solution?

Have recently installed Brave Browser (1.46.153) on my Windows 10 (22H2) PC and during the installation process imported various Extensions, including Kaspersky Protection from Chrome. Kaspersky Protection works just find on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. But there seems to be a problem with Brave as the Shield stays greyed out and there is no indication whether search results are "Safe" with the green shield by URL's in search results. My questions are :- 1/ Is this extension incompatible with Brave? 2/ Will KIS (21.3.10.39j) provide all the necessary protection if this Extension is not allowed to run with Brave? Why kaspersky is installed as 32 bit app in 64 bit OS?? Kaspersy must identify which system is installed 32 or 64 and then install kaspersky 32 or 64 bit depends on OS.

Anyone know how to get around this on Mac OS Catalina? I am getting the same error on two different Macs. On one I completely deleted my application and downloaded directly from Kasperky's site, on the other I still have the old version on there, but it won't start.

For two days now a spam site, plankjock.com, is attempting to force a download on my computer, every 3-4 seconds - blocked every time by kaspersky, but it's extremely annoying (especially with the bing-bong every 3-4 seconds notification bell). Any ideas how I can a. get kaspersky to stop the continuous attempts /block the site b. turn off the notification sound and/or c. talk directly to kaspersky support wihtout writing emails/sending contact forms. Hi, yesterday Flight Simulator 2020 (i got Steam Version) got updated. After starting the game KIS (2020 and 2021, newest database) found PDM:Exploit.Win32.Generic in “flightsimulator.exe”. The activity monitor flagged it as “suspicious behavior” and deleted the exe. Theres also a list of reg-entries (HKLM\System\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\FirewallRules\...) in the monitor. So maybe the way Flight Simulator corresponds with its servers made KIS think its a trojan. I could start/play the game before the update without any issues.
