For some reason if my KIS is turned on (open in tray), all the web browsers would have just stopped working. Steam/Slack/Spotify, any apps will work just fine. Only web browsers (FireFox, Chrome and Edge) won't open any websites. They doesn't show the Kaspersky blocked message. They only show the Connection abort default message of any web browsers. Is it relating to certificate somehow because even if I stopped all the KIS protection the error still happens.

Hello. I have Kaspersky Internet Security installed in two Android devices, one at version 8.1.0 and other at version 9. The Anti-theft feature works fine on them, but I want to know if it is possible to use a exclusive password for unlocking the anti-theft screen lock from using the same password I use at the standard phone screen lock. If it is not, I suggest implemeting this feature, because if someone knows my phone password, the anti-theft lock won't stop them. Thanks.

How to exclude some apps to scan on kaspersky for android?

Hello, I am Spanish, I have KIS version 21.3.10.391 (i) installed, my license has expired and I have purchased a new subscription. I think the latest version of KIS is 2022. However, I can't find where to download it from, of all the download links there is only 21.3.10.391 (i), but I want the latest version of KIS. What should I do? Thanks for the help. Hello there, I recently had an app crash resulting in KIS closing on its own (I actually managed to see it closed when Windows Security popped up with a message saying it was off). After that, I went through my Program Files and started it with avpui.exe since I didn't make a shortcut on my desktop, but ever since (it's been 3 days now) the database doesn't seem to update. Here is a screenshot of the tooltip I get when I hover the app icon in the taskbar. As you can see, the database seem stuck somewhere in 2020 and I have no idea why. I have a subscription for 3 devices, I already used 2. Today when I tried to add new device I got this error "Activation error" I disconnected the device and unistall the software and did it again. But all with same issue.

I'm feeling insecure with KIS, because in the last few days the date of distribution of the database exceeds 12 hours or more. Yesterday it only updated once and today I have the database at 5:31AM and my local time is 5:30PM. What is the matter with Kaspersky servers, there are no threats in the world that are getting more and more dangerous or I already think that the blame will be on my side.

hi all, Anyone can help me please, looks like Kasp Firewall keeps blocking my spotify app in Windows 10.
