Shields not working properly

My question concerns the colored shields used to designate the safety of a website. There are supposed to be 4 colors: green for safe, grey for no info, gold for harmful and red for dangerous. I am only seeing grey shields.  I have tried different browsers...chrome, edge and explorer...with the same result. Does this have anything to do with sanctions placed on Russian companies because of the war in Ukraine?

In additional to what Berny said, What build number of KIS browsers addone? The same to me in Microsoft Edge?
