How can I disable kis...apply_patches.kis2021mr3.log files in my temp folder

In my temp folder are many files with names like this

kis.21.3.10.391h_02.13_06.45_4960.apply_patches.kis2021mr3,log

They are of size 4MB and about 10 files per day.

How can I get rid of these?

Why are there so many, and why doesn’t Kaspersky do housekeeping on them?

Could you please let me know KIS build version you have used? It has already updated to KIS 21.3.10.391(h) ?
