Patch C for Kaspersky Internet Security version 21.3.10.391 was released on June 3, 2021. Confirmed at https://support.kaspersky.com/15595#21.3.10.391c Today is 10 June and I didn’t get it through KIS update!!! Update is working fine but there is no indication a new patch had been fetched from K-lab servers. Did you get Patch (C)? Is it rolling slowly? Thanks for sharing and responding.

Hi, yesterday Flight Simulator 2020 (i got Steam Version) got updated. After starting the game KIS (2020 and 2021, newest database) found PDM:Exploit.Win32.Generic in “flightsimulator.exe”. The activity monitor flagged it as “suspicious behavior” and deleted the exe. Theres also a list of reg-entries (HKLM\System\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\FirewallRules\...) in the monitor. So maybe the way Flight Simulator corresponds with its servers made KIS think its a trojan. I could start/play the game before the update without any issues.

Kaspersky frequently pops up an ad for Kaspersky VPN or Kaspersky password manager, on my windows 10 machine. (I have a password manager and I am using a vpn). This sort of intrusion is what I use anti-virus/malware software to prevent. It is obnoxious that my ant-virus software is spamming me on my own computer. How can I get this to stop?

Today, 08/03, my free Kaspersky (version 21.3.10.391) antivirus detected one single network attack named by “Scan.Generic.PortScan.UDP” and blocked him. I already read some topics in the community and some posts in the Reddit about it, but i can not take a conclusion and i am insecurity about this problem. I have seen some problem like mine happening with other peoples since one year ago, some really blocking attacks, among other thing more and less serious. However, i am in doubt about this problem. Can someone please help me?

So today i saw a notification that my Database isn’t updated and i tried t manually to update it this evening. As i tried to updated it several times i saw that it stopped and failed at 21%. The fail error just said “Failed to update” Can anyone help me with it/had the same problem? Hope you all have a great day.

what is this? is it bad im on guest or public networks? how do i change it into private? im a noob at this i just found this out bc of my uplay not working, also if by chance do you know how to fix uplay connection login issues. i tried putting in on network settings>trusted applications. to no avail. i tried it since that fixed my issue with origin being offline. there is one recommendation i saw is to disable ipv6 but is that ok to disable? thanks a bunch!

About 3 weeks ago, Kaspersky updated something and I am now unable to see images on any website using the Shopify shopping cart system in any browser including Firefox, MS Edge and Google Chrome. Other websites with other cart systems are not affected. I went in and added those websites plus shopify.com to trusted addresses under network settings, cleared cookies and cache but still cannot see the images. I have also updated to the most current 2021 Kaspersky Internet Security but still no luck. Is there something else that has to be allowed to be able to see the Shopify images again? I gave been having this problem for a long time kaspesky internet security just wont install it just gives me Application installation error- I have even completely rebooted the laptop with erasing the drives and a new copy of the windows also was installed when i reseted the laptop completely just a few days back and kaspersky refuses to install i saw other forums of people who have the same problem and i found out that i need to submit an GSI report too so here it is-(in attachments) I would appreciate it if some could help me.Thank you.

It´s almost two weeks since this problem occured, windows started to pop up messages where it says that antivirus program isn´t actualized, then when i click that message, kapersky runs actualization, but it installs same version as it was. Hello, as a Surface Go user, I got notifications that Host Process for Windows Services (PID: 3656) is using my webcam every time I logged in, because I use Windows Hello (face recognition) when logging in to my PC. But several days ago I started seeing that notification permanently on my screen (not disappearing after few seconds). I first tried to renew through the link in the forum, there I had to pay with a credit card (I don’t have one). So I got to this website : https://www.kaspersky.nl/renewal-center/home There Ican pay with a bank transfer in France …… ? Nexway. In the past it went through a firm in Luxemburg and a bankaccount in Belgium. It was also much cheaper, is there a catch ? I just hope I still can choose English when I install the software.

Trying to sign-in on a web site and it’s failing. I’m getting the error in the console: has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. And in the network this. Is this Kapersky blocking it and if so how do I allow it?

Greetings. Recently, I installed in my Samsung Galaxy A70 (with Android Version 11), Kaspersky Internet Security Premium, Version 11.70.4.5882. However, it has since prevented me to connect Spotify and Android Auto through Bluetooth. I never got any error messages on my cellular. As a result of this, I took a quick glance at about 270 articles in your Kaspersky Community Webpage, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a solution for it.
