I once used my credi card to have a new subscription for one of my friends.(to her son). Now every year my credit card keeps paying for tha subsription. Last week we tried to solve it. they cancelled the subsription. But today I have been charged again. How to solve this?

hi all, Anyone can help me please, looks like Kasp Firewall keeps blocking my spotify app in Windows 10. I can get around it by pause Kasp protection, however every time protection resume, spotify stop working, it is so annoying. I tried to adjust setting in Kasp. but I am stuck. Thanks in advance.

Dear all, Please, how can I block a range of IP Addreses using Kaspersky Firewall? Say that I need to block a range of addreses going from XXX.0.0.0 to XXX.255.255.255. Thanks for the help

I have been using KIS for a decade, maybe more, but I strongly disliked to be forced out of KIS2018 last year. Newer version is slow, over-bloated, filled with irremovable telemetry, unwanted intrusion in my browser and other apps. All I use in KIS is the intrusion prevention module, I disable everything else because it never finds anything and is just slowing down the PC for no reason. My logs have never shown any blocked intrusion by the way, does this mean I can safely uninstall KIS of do the logs not show blocked intrusion attempts?

In the logs of the anti-intrusion module, there is nothing but service started/stopped, service started/stopped, ... the logs do not have any mention of a prevented intrusion or network attack does this mean nothing was ever blocked or are attacks not logged?

my setup : windows 11 pro my product : KIS I dont want to see those pop up reports and notification about kaspersky has blocked such website, deleted such fraudulent email etc etc. I want Kaspersky to do his job in the background without interupting me on whatever it does. I searched the entire setup and configuration of the app but disabling them is not an option I can find in there Some feature can be disabled individually (such as weak WIFI password, ...) but I want to disable ALL notification/reports Anyone find some ways to do that? Is there any way to renew KIS license? I don't want to install new KS, because I have PC's with Vista and Windows 7.

uninstall total security I need to uninstall total security so that the premium version which I paid for will work.

Having trouble removing KIS. First I used Windows to uninstall KIS,VPN, etc. When the Windows uninstall finished, KIS remained listed in my apps list, though the remnant takes up 0 space. If I click Uninstall, I get an error saying the app is not installed. So I used Kaspersky removal tool, selecting KIS 2015, the latest KIS listed. The tool looked like it was working (progress bar) but when it was finished, and I restarted, the remnant remains on my PC laptop. How do I get that remnant removed? I'm installing under protest. I've been a happy United States user for 15 years.

Digging into the logs, it seems that part of the SSL messages can't get through. Disabling KIS totally helps to get past this problem. I couldn't yet isolate that problem. Hello I bought subscription of Kaspersky Premium Internet Security from a third party for 3 devices and for two years they have provided me access to their company subscription i presume using my email. i downloaded the app and in settings I seen the phrase "Protect up to 20 device with your subscription" under the phrase are 4 out of 20 device registered. Hi guys, I've been having problems with Spotify desktop for about a week. The application does not play songs and displays the interface in gray. Disabling KIS everything works correctly again. Checking the network rules, spotify is trusted and all connections are open incoming and outgoing. I also tried to add it to the list of exclusions for anti-virus checks without success. If I check for errors or blocked connections in the reports I do not find anything related to Spotify. What else could I do? Suggestions? Thanks for any help. Raf

After Kaspersky stopped working in the US, I needed to get a new software. This required me to remove Kaspersky from my computer, which I was able to do except for one file (see screenshot Kaspersky Error 1). In my control panel (I have Windows 10), I still see Kaspersky Internet Security. When I try to uninstall it, I get an error message (see screenshot Kaspersky Error 2). I have tried the kavremover, but it couldn't detect the file and when I tried to force remove it nothing happened. What else can I try? Thank you.

why are you blocking capcut from running on my PC? If I exit kaspersky the capcut runs but once kaspersky its on it blocked the software from running???

Hi For a few weeks now, I noticed my Steam updates could not be done unless I started my computer in Safe Mode. May 5/25 Kaspersky has become CROOKS. Kaspersky is CHEATING me out of my due refund. Kaspersky last week informed me I would receive a refund for my non-installed security system.
