Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium

I visit a site almost everyday one year now and more. Didn't had problems. Today watched something there and suddenly I got Kaspersky message (at my language) that saying the certificate isn't valid and it is advised not to visit this site. Never had problems with the site and Kaspersky show me problem only with this. The site had some adds but I blocking them but that was something that always happened and the antivirus never showed me problems with this. What can I do to unblock the site and use it again?

Hi, I have just upgraded my PC to Windows 11 (after I had a catastrophic failure in my operating system) and now when I click on the Kaspersky icon in my Systems Tray I get no information. I know Kaspersky is still operating but I can't see any information. I have attached a photo of what is happening.

I have an application that needs to access the Hosts file on Windows 11. However, when I run the application, it is denied access to the hosts file by Kaspersky Premium. If I pause protection, the app works fine, it can access and write to the Hosts File. Obviously this is something I would not rather do. I cannot find any setting inside Kaspersky Premium that will allow access to the Hosts file for either a specific application or in general. We used to be able to do it but it seems that ability has either been removed or hidden. Can anybody help please.

I have bought Kaspersy Premium for 20 licence. I've shared a licence last year with some friends. Someone the them didn't have uploaded our licence il 2026. I can't remove them from the user in the address book. So i can't add new users for sharing becaouse Kaspersky report "i've enough family users". There is no way to delete old friends in address book? Thanks for response

While my computer is running, whenever I launch Kaspersky, within 5–10 minutes my screen turns black and then comes back after about 2 seconds. I tested this many times and confirmed that Kaspersky is the cause. The issue happens even if I am idle on the desktop, without running any other applications. I use Kaspersky Plus. I know Brave isn't supported by the extension, but I'm looking for a workaround. I tried renaming brave.exe to chrome.exe like it was suggested in other topics on this forum. The extension has been added to the browser, but doesn't work. The icon is greyed out, and when I click on it, the following image appears:

I'm in Canada. Does Kaskpersky Premium included unlimited VPN? The FAQ states PLUS includes unlimited VPN but says nothing about PREMIUM. Thanks.

After upgrading to Windows 11 (Fresh Install from 10) I am seeing this weird issue. Sometimes when my PC boots the Kaspersky Tray Icon remains red for eternity. It shows Application is Starting when clicked and the main window is green meaning no threats whatsoever. Also if the protection is paused and then restarted it goes back to green or if Explorer is restarted it goes back to green. I have a Windows 10 PC where this issue never happened in 17 years of using Kaspersky. Details are below. Windows was last updated previous week. Just to piggyback on here I use the android kaspersky premium app that has the vpn built in and it was forced to update today seemingly a few hours ago and its stopped certain parts of apps loading properly, cant share images from gallery or paste them into discord. Cant access duckduckgo. Couldnt load anything inside google play store or samsung store with the vpn on. Couldnt load grok inside x app until i changed dns to one.one.one.one. Not sure what youve changed but it seems to have caused me a great deal of problems on a product that was working perfectly.

As I have, unfortunately, found out, kaspersky support is basically useless, I hope I can find here people that actually know about this software. Kaspersky decided to turn on game mode, I could not find a way to turn it off.. Then dumb me decided to try to turn on Do Not Disturb manually... Kind of did the IT version of sending down a magnet to dislodge a previous magnet. 🙂 😄 I look everywhere I could think off but I could not find a way to run those modes off!! I recently bought Kaspersky Premium but cannot install it due to Error 1719. I've already tried the official solutions without success. Despite suggestions that it might be malware-related, scans with Bitdefender and Malwarebytes came up clean. Any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it?

Hi; I had weird issue today. I own Kaspersky Plus in my Android today i saw i have 300MB free limit i used to have unlimited. When i open the app it told me install new vpn for Android so i did it. Smart Home Monitor prompts me to connect to Wi-Fi or ethernet, despite the fact that I am completely able to connect to the internet. "Wi-Fi Analyzer" does not show any kind of activity.
