System Info Win11 25H2 Kaspersky Standard 21.23.6.614(a) Problem After restart my PC, the icon stays RED and never change to green. Have checked Kaspersky status --> everything OK and the GUI shows green when taskbar icon is red. (Weried) Press Win+Shift, icon turns GREEN. I have installed Kaspersky Premium, but, I can't see in VPN settings location fro Croatia? How to I get location? I contact Kaspersky support, they told me there is location selection for Croatia. Hi, I use AOEMI Backupper tool to clone windows with programs to another computers. I have a problem on activating Kaspersky Premium , It always identify source and target Computers as one PC. I tried to uninstall Kaspersky completely (using normal way , kaspersky removal tool , third party uninstaller tool ) and reinstall it again but the problem still here. Each time I run one of them, It tells me that the license is not valid and I should activate it again. Any Idea of how to solve this and identify the cloned Computers separately ?

Hello I recently switched from Norton to Kaspersky and very happy with the switch. My experience on the phone is less good. I have a kaspersky on my android and have an APK used to test phone root status. Kaspersky tells me it's a virus. It's not but probably uses undocumented features to test if the phone is rooted. I am using Widows 11 with Kapersky premium 21.9.6.465. I like the Smart Home Monitor, but its behavior is a bid odd. My home network has about 10 devices. Today I am not at home, but using wifi in a meeting. It is grouping all the devices on this guest network with my home devices and saying it is adding them to my home network's SSID. I kept getting notification of new devices being added...finally an option to disable notifications for this network popped up and I turned off the notifications. Just subscribed to Kaspersky Plus for 3 protected devices, and product description includes VPN functionality. Kaspersky is working fine on my PC with VPN, however, VPN functionalities are not available on my Phone App (Android - Kaspersky VPN and AntiVirus). I tried downloading Kaspersky Fast Secure VPN but only notification that the Karspersky App already had VPN functionalities. How can I use the VPN?

Hi everyone, Something strange happened to me yesterday and today: Yesterday, once I logged into my home banking site, the screen suddenly went black, even the mouse pointer was invisible, and after a few seconds everything returned to normal and the site was visible again. Today, the same thing happened while I was watching a music video on YouTube. Hi, Since yesterday, Kaspersky seem to be blocking my discord app from working. I had had the issue 1-2 times before but was able to get rid of it by reinstalling kaspersky, however it does not seem to fix the issue. The app is stuck at the "starting" screen after checking for updates. I added the whole discord folder & the app to the Kaspersky exclusions, without any change. is there a way to secure the login to vault with a passwordless feature? If we want to secure the vault of passwords, it should be possible to unlock it with a 2 factor authentication for example. the aim to have a password manager is to manage our passwords. the login to the vault password manager is too critical to treat it lightly.

I replaced recently Kaspersky Internet Security with Kaspersky Plus. So, Kaspersky Plus was installed O.K., but Internet Security hasn't been removed in total. There is still a grey icon of Internet Security (which is disabled) in the menu bar of Windows 10 (ver. 22H2). Also in the Program Files there is still a folder of Internet Security. Hello, Application: Kaspersky Premium (25.0.0.332d.e) Environment: MacBook Air M4 (MacOS Sequoia Version 15.5) When protection is enabled, sometimes after my Mac enters sleep mode and then wakes up, the network connection stops working. Currently, the only workaround I found is: System Settings -> Network -> VPN -> Filters & Proxies Then disable Kaspersky IDS & Filter, and it will automatically enable again, and the network starts working. However, this issue keeps happening repeatedly and is quite inconvenient. Is there any other solution or a fix for this problem? Thank you.
