I recently purchased Kaspersky for the first time in January 2026 and was charged R719 (ZAR South Africa) from my bank account for a 1 year subscription. Yesterday the 16th February 2026 another payment with reference 'Kaspersky Nexway' was debited from my account for the same amount (R719). Why has Nexway\Kaspersky fraudulently charged me this second amount?

Допустим я скачал какой то exe файл с какого то подозрительного сайта ( я не запускал его) , и хочу просканировать его на своем ноуте через утилиту KVRT перед запуском , и выбираю эту подозрительную программу, как KVRT ее просканирует , он запустит ее на моем ноутбуке, или как выполняется сканирование ? Просто предположу , допустим это какой то стилер или другое вредоносное ПО, kvrt во время проверки запускает эту программу на моем компьютере , она выполняет свою вредоносную функцию , ворует данные с компьютера или что то еще , kvrt еще обнаруживает и удаляет. По сути программа уже выполнила свод функцию и украла все данные. И может удаляться, это работает по такому сценарию, который я предположил или сканирование проходит по другому ?

Bonjour, Je me permets de revenir vers vous concernant un problème lié à Safe Money, déjà évoqué dans mon message précédent datant du 23 décembre 2025. Suite à mon premier signalement, une mise à jour importante de l’application avait corrigé plusieurs problèmes majeurs, notamment ceux liés au VPN ainsi qu’au fonctionnement de Safe Money. J’ai donc laissé passer du temps afin de vérifier si la situation était définitivement stabilisée. Cependant, le problème persiste. Depuis le 23 décembre 2025, j’ai rencontré à deux reprises en janvier la même anomalie, et elle s’est reproduite aujourd’hui (il y a environ 20 minutes). Comportement constaté : Ce matin encore, en accédant au site GOG, le navigateur protégé s’ouvrait automatiquement comme prévu. Désormais, le site s’ouvre dans le navigateur standard, sans passer par le navigateur protégé de Kaspersky. Dans les paramètres Safe Money, l’option associée au site s’est modifiée automatiquement et est désormais réglée sur « Demander à l’utilisateur » (Preguntar al usuario). Malgré ce paramétrage, aucune fenêtre ni notification ne s’affiche pour me proposer l’ouverture en mode sécurisé. Le site s’ouvre directement sans aucune intervention du module Safe Money. Par ailleurs, un message d’erreur apparaît dans la section Safe Money de Kaspersky. Je joins une capture d’écran en pièce jointe pour référence. Je vous remercie par avance pour votre aide. Hello, as I understand Kaspersky is using Wireguard as base protocol. As such is it possible to get correct credentials (sert file, etc.) to use it on the Linux Workstation with support for WireGuard installed? If yes, can you please give the instructions. Thank you, Maxim

Now using a different VPN solution that allows Wireguard via a router based option... my subscription for the rest of my Kaspersky package will not be renewed...

Спросил у техподдержки, и ответ был неутешительным: все, кто сейчас использует старую лицензию со 110 локациями, после окончания текущей подписки и при ее последующем продлении будут переведены на новую инфраструктуру, где сейчас доступно всего 8 локаций.

Укравший деньги мошенник отреагировал на сообщение 04.02.2025 в этом форуме и прислал 11.02.2026 подтверждение, причем в Максе, что кроме вацапа еще и телефонную книжку спер с моим именем и телефоном, теперь ждет моей реакции:

В настоящий момент имеется подписка, оформленная еще в 2022 году и с тех пор трижды автоматически продленная. Срок действия подписки истекает через 49 дней — 07.04.2026. Сейчас доступно 110 локаций с серверами разной степени работоспособности. С учетом всех изменений (переход на новую инфраструктуру и т.д.) хотелось бы понять следующее: если я сейчас оставлю все как есть, что произойдет со списком локаций после очередного автопродления? Он сократится со 110 до 8 или останется прежним?

IF the process is followed as documented by Kaspersky - a *renewed-subscription* doesn't require a new user/s to be added - according to (your) notes - there were already existing users, with Kaspersky installed... For *shared-protection* & the *initial-set-up* (you) the subscription-owner needs to *invite* other user/s to join the subscription, this is done via (your) MyKaspersky account - however - as you stated above - the users already exist, have been configured & have been using the *original-subscription*. IF the *original-users* have not OR had not -> been set-up with their *own* MyKaspersky account then the set-up has not been done as per the design by Kaspersky, please read: My Kaspersky, Shared protection. I manage a number of computers, each running various flavours of Windows, but mainly W11, and each with different users. When Kaspersky subscription renewal is due, I purchase from the same IT vendor that have I used for the last 5 years or so, paste the new subscription for Kaspersky Premium into my.kaspersky, then normally I could push the new subscription\license to the computers that are due for renewal, saving me heaps of time. However, after purchasing a 5 license pack today, I no longer have this option. In the subscription details, I can see a drop down button with a caption 'Send To Device' and the only option in the drop down is New Device. If I expand 'My Devices' inside the subscription, then click 'Add' it prompts me to 'Select app to download' with Kaspersky, Kaspersky VPN and Kaspersky Password Manager, but still no option to send to an existing device that is already attached to my account. I then read through the formus here and followed an article on adding a new user, which I have done that now, but then when the download link is received on the other user via email, I download the software, install, then it prompts for an activation code + user name/password + authentication code + choose a subscription on the account. Why? This used to be so easy to push a new license code to an existing machine, now I can't do it. Is there a way around this limitation, because the way it is setup now is forcing me to manually touch each computer to perform the inital setup?

Всем привет. Может кто подсказать, какие нужно открыть порты для синхронизации с доменном который находиться в другой подсети ? Ничего не отображается, на FW открыли 13000, 14000, 15000 порты. Дальше попадаю в тупик, устройства между собой по tracert и icmp Видят.
