При открытии KSC возникает странная заставка фиолетового цвета с изображением фигуры в темных очках. Затем заставка пропадает и можно открыть KSC обычным образом. До сегодняшнего дня заставки не было. Это нормально?

hI, Kaspresky Standard, i noticed last few days problem with update. when i start it manually it says: "Update databases. Last update: not run" through Home screen: it starts and after it finishes "we recommend that you update databases and application modules." in reports it says that it has finished!? Kaspersy is green but with 1 warning "Databases are out of date" Windows security says the same. before few minutes i opened an email thorough outlook and word attach. kaspersky 15 sec later found trojan (kasp. couldn't delete it. i did it manualy) should i be worried and what to do about update? Thanks in advance.

Добрый день! Пытаюсь подружить домен на samba с ksc 15.1 linux, опрос домена прошел успешно, подтянулись пользователи и пк. Выбрал доменную уз, назначил ей роль на ксц, но при попытке авторизации в веб-консоли, идет долгая загрузка и выходит сообщение "Недопустимые учетные данные. Пожалуйста, проверьте учетные данные и попробуйте войти снова."(данные вводятся корректно уз@домен) 389 порт открыт, принудительная проверка сертификата отключена, машина с ксц находится в том же домене. Не подскажите, в чем может быть проблема, где могут лежать логи по данной проблеме.

Она не входит в составе Астры 1.7. Да нужен сертификат другого военного ведомства.

With that amount of licenses, you have a right to use KSC Cloud Console. My opinion is that it would be much better to have KSC on prem and connection gateway or secondary KSC in DMZ for endpoints outside to have all endpoints managed by same KSC. ProView is easy and is lets say more comfortable if you are covering mobile devices, but for endpoints and servers, KSC is allways better for management.

This part in documentation also https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/15.1/en-US/13055.htm You need shared folder accessible from both KSC servers and database also. For that number of endpoints i would rather go with 2 KSC servers in hierarchy, one master, other one secondary and configrue policy profiles to point endpoints to secondary if master is not reachable. I played with failover cluster instalations, it works, it requires more work for deployment, its unnecessary unless its mandatory 🙂

Hello Ahmed, Scan Engine just has the capability to use an ICAP Protocol. So it should be possible to use it with Nutanix. Recommended settings for ICAP mode But I recommend to open a support ticket for clarification on this to be sure. Also before buying the product you should test it maybe in trial mode. Best Regards

Welcome to Kaspersky Community. That PDM detection it is a behavior detection and comes from system Watcher module, if it is a false positive, the exclusion probably won't work, and it should be managed by K. Support, they will fix it tweaking the engine internally.

We manage it through the OSMP console, and we have noticed that even when a file is added to both "Scan Exclusions" and "Trusted Applications", it is still detected by the PDM module. The current suggestion is to submit the file for exclusion from the Kaspersky Technical Support, but I’m wondering if there is any other method to prevent this detection. Also, if a file is added to both Scan Exclusions and Trusted Applications, is it correct that it will still be detected but not deleted?
