To be sincere, I don't see anything related to Kaspersky in all those Even Viewer logs 🤷♂️ Do you get any warning from Kaspersky when the app is blocked or closed? If the app still fails even being Kaspersky exited, then the issue probably is not related to Kaspersky. -

Solved. Deleted all Kaspersky related programs. Restarted the computer. Reinstalled. Synchronization is now possible. Ignore this article. Thanks.

something is clearly going on cause I keep getting the message.. The main site now lists only 3 plan types. Standard with his £16 a year, Plus which is £20 or Premium for £21.. though all prices will go up as it's an 'introductory offer'. Okay, free plan doesn't really bring in a HUGE amount of money, in theory (there are some related ways it does but.. oh well) but this kinda seams like Kaspersky trying to kill itself. Not only free plan members, but I can see some paid plan members not thinking this, and how they aren't really explaining things (best I can see) as not a good sign. I guess that bit on the site just saying "Meet the new Kaspersky" is right.. Meet the new Kaspersky, we just want your money!

I guess it is because Kaspersky runs the firewall as well. Therefore i think i should uninstall it completely and try running it. Only then will i know for sure that the problem is Kaspersky. But like i said before, when i was having another virus program, i didn't have this problem. So i am 100% that Kaspersky is the main cause of this issue. -
I already tried that, no success. However, I did find something in the event log: Name resolution for the name ff.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded. Could this mean something?

Hello again dear friends. It's been 2 days since the error bug has not appeared to the app's main menu. Ok yes this is great. I sent them yesterday to inform them about it and told them " not to be given an answer like super!! Just monitor it and inform us about". Guess what? I was given exactly the same answer. Not to mention that I had also asked another thing (regarding core isolation - memory integrity to make it harmonically work with their app so as not to have it turned off) and no answer was given to that. And this is not the first time that happens something like this. The last two days we are trying to fix how to make a contact with LogMeIn exe file, which after their proposal I tried to install and it was detected as virus - Trojan by their own company!!!! I proposed team viewer/ anydesk which are safe apps but no answer be given to proceed with this. After a useless week email conversation I conclude to that below: These kind of manners shows me: a) irresponsibility b) they do not care-ignore customer needs c) they don't read whole messages. So they ignore me. They just answer something so as not to be shown rude. In conclusion, regarding my issue it was fixed by itself without their help. Because either they do not know their job or they do not know how to fix it. They also told me another irrelevant thing, that they want me to run some diagnostics in case it appears again (while I have already run the gsi tool exe and did exactly what I was instructed to do except for the virus LogMeln file). It's a shame to treat customers like this. I have already set an example regarding an error in malwarebytes extension in firefox, a month ago. I sent them the diagnostics required. They updated it, I tested it and that's all. After these, it's time to think to switch after 14 years to bitdefender which is of course better than Kaspersky. I can't tolerate treating their customers like this. If you do not know your job, then stop working there

Hi Berny - it might be a slightly different subject but I think you will be able to help. When I click on the link in Password Manager to install the extension in Firefox the link doesn't work. Это стоит включить в KES, это один из основных сейчас детектов сайтов и там очень и очень редко бывает ложное срабатывание. Сомневаюсь, что ложное срабатывание, учитывая что ругаются и другие антивирусные сервисы. Вы всегда можете отправить сайт на проверку через поддержку в Вирусную Лабораторию: https://support.kaspersky.ru/b2c/ru#contacts или https://companyaccount.kaspersky.com/request/create/support-select, подробно описав ситуацию и приложив скриншоты детектирования, возможно они подскажут где на сайте вредоносный код. -

之前KTS或者KIS似乎官网都显示兼容安卓的,目前国区的似乎没有标注兼容安卓了,因为手机采用的类原生设备,日后可能还需要用到,目前还没过期,不确定改版后的是否兼容? 设备或用户的计数问题,有的地方售卖说的是设备有的地方是说的用户,虽然一个码似乎可以激活几次,之后需要发邮件重置,我尝试过一用户或一设备的码可以同时激活PC和安卓的甚至更多设备的,不太理解是怎么计数的? 如果购买其他地区的订阅,在中国大陆使用,能否使用中国大陆禁用的功能,比如VPN。 还有个建议,密码管理器可以兼容下Linux,做个浏览器插件也行,方便跨平台,安卓/PC的填充待选可以把身份验证器也加上方便一些…

There are some local websites I use in my country; however, I always have to turn off my VPN to get access. I have also added them to the 'ignore' list under the VPN settings; however, this does not make a difference. Please Help. -

Tengo dos Licencias de Kaspersky PLUS, una de 166 días restantes con tres dispositivos (Los tres con VPN ilimitado activo) y otra mas con 640 días teniendo dos dispositivos activos pero en ninguno me permite activar el VPN ilimitado, mostrándome éste mensaje, tengo los 5 dispositivos registrados en un mismo correo, como es posible que no pueda activar el VPN en los otros dos dispositivos teniendo el Kaspersky PLUS, ya intenté descargar el software directamente de MyKaspersky en el apartado de la licencia de 640 días, ya intenté agregar el dispositivo al VPN de 640 días, ya quité y volví a poner los dos dispositivos a la licencia de 640 días, ya formatee un dispositivo para agregarlo nuevamente al de 640 días, pero no se soluciona nada, ya intenté descargar e instalar el VPN de la sección "1 de 3" porque se supone debería tener acceso a al menos un dispositivo al VPN; pero siempre me muestra el dichoso mensaje de que no tengo dispositivos libres... ¿Solución? para si no, de plano desactivar la renovación de los 166 días y buscar otras opciones.

Alguien sabe qué significa esto? Compré la suscripción estándar, y al irme al apartado de suscripciones me figura como "Desconocido". No puedo descargar las aplicaciones desde MyKaspersky en ninguna plataforma, pero si las instalo y conecto mi cuenta, funcionan correctamente. Saben cómo regularizar esa situación? Saludos.
