Comprei a licença Kaspersky Premium para 5 dispositivos, que, segundo o anúncio, permite usar até 3 cofres digitais no Password Manager. Porém, estou enfrentando um problema sério de vinculação de contas. Um dos meus familiares já usava o Password Manager com a própria conta — separada da minha, mas com o mesmo código de ativação — porque já utilizávamos o antivírus Kaspersky anteriormente. A licença anterior expirou, e agora, com a nova licença Premium (que comprei e ativei na minha conta), não consigo mais vincular a conta dele à minha licença. Mesmo adicionando o novo código de ativação, a conta dele continua como se estivesse com a licença expirada. E após adicionar o código manualmente nos dispositivos, o sistema só reconhece os 5 dispositivos como se todos fossem meus, e só ativa a versão paga do Password Manager se o cofre estiver vinculado à minha conta. Ou seja: não consigo criar novos cofres nem associar contas separadas à minha licença, apesar da promessa de suportar múltiplos cofres. O sistema força tudo a funcionar apenas dentro da minha conta, mesmo já tendo funcionado separadamente antes.

Salve ragazzi, ieri stavo utilizzando la vpn, poi aprendo Kaspersky plus nel menù dove di solito dice usa vpn mi appariva scarica Kaspersky vpn, a quel punto ci clicco sopra convinto che ci fosse una versione nuova e invece non scaricava ne instsllava nulla. Dopo questa operazione la vpn ha smesso di funzionare, decido di disinstallare e reinstallare Kaspersky vpn e mi dava errore non è possibile disinstallare perché è in corso un download del prodotto o qualcosa di simile ma non ricordo. Fatto sta che non c'è stato verso a quel punto decido di riavviare il pc ma quando provo a disinstallare sempre stesso problema poi succede che non va più il volume e la rete. Tento ripristino configurazione di sistema e mi dice che non è possibile, vado su aggiornamenti e mi da pagina vuota, disinstallo Kaspersky plus e niente stesso problema non riesco a disinstallare la vpn, tento un ripristino di fabbrica mantenendo i mie file e si ferma all 1% e mi dice impossibile ripristinare, provo kavremover e tolgo vpn ma niente il pc non ha più schedi di rete ne volume ne aggiornamenti, dopo grazie a chat gpt mi propone di riavviare il pc e premere f1 a quel punto riesco a ripristinare di fabbrica perdendo purtroppo tutti i programmi. Per fortuna prima avevo salvato preferiti e password salvati in Firefox più configurazione di plus. Dopo circa due ora ha reinstallato tutto il sistema operativo poi ho reinstallato tutti i programmi compreso plus e vpn e adesso è tornato come nuovo però vorrei capire come una cosa del genere mi abbia provocato tutto questo? Grazie

Проверил крайние по дате изменения файлы в той пачке, сканирование которой вчера выдало про "2 вылеченных", и их исходники. Вероятно, просто сбой в Касперском тогда... Ну не может же он при сканировании конкретных файлов (не папки) ловить и лечить что-то помимо выделенного? -

I receive frequently notifications in my Motorola Neo smartphone about the Kaspersky who calls. But I can't install it. When I click the link, redirects to a galaxy story. Play store doesn't have the app. And the apk can be from fake and scam sites. There is a reliable and direct link? -
Thanks, harlan4096, for your support and the suggested workarounds. Unfortunately, none of them resolved the issue for me. After a few more days of ongoing problems, I decided to uninstall Kaspersky and switch to Bitdefender (recommended by Stiftung Warentest). I've been a Kaspersky user for over 16 years – initially as a paying customer, and later using the free version, which met my needs. I even stayed loyal after the German BSI issued a warning due to the war in Ukraine, because up until then, the product had worked reliably. However, the recent bug made working on my computer increasingly difficult, and that ultimately led me to switch. PS: JP95 is a temporary account, as I prefer not to post in this forum under my real name.

These options aren't available in Kaspersky Free unfortunately. I can only assume these interruptions will be mandatory unless upgrading to a paid license in that case. 😑

Hello @tbcam88, I'm not sure if this option is also available in FREE. Please search for 'Settings->Performance settings->PC performance optimization'. There should be these options that you can disable:

Ah I see, that comes from the script Kaspersky injects: At that time, there was no option to disable it, but it was added later. -

Hello, I'm running Kaspersky Free v21.21.7.384(a) on Windows 11 and have recently started getting these unwanted popup notifications. I've looked through the settings and can't seem to find any way to turn them off. Can they be disabled? Thanks.

mine too, I tested on 2 computer, kaspersky slow down the computer to a crawl, couldn't believe how both system were running so smooth without Kaspersky installed, even when I disabled half of the protections I don't need W11 24H2 7800x3d Msi x670 TOMHAWK 32GB ram 2 6000 Slots 14-15-15-30 4090 RTX 8700 Asus PRIME Z-370-P 32GB ram 2 3200 slots DDR4 1080 GTX

Scan happens on a path that doesn't exist anymore

Ok, this is getting really weird. I did restore the settings. Needless to say, it removed everything; all custom settings, saved websites to 'safe money', custom scan methods, exclusions, etc. etc. *all gone* Did a system restart and ran 'Vulnerability Scan' manually expecting to not see that path again... I was wrong, path shows again, the usual 'object not processed' message with the reason being 'File not found', exactly like before the restoration. Seeing that result, I reasoned that this might have to do with something stored in the registry so I searched there. Found two instances in the registry but I don't think these are the culprits since there are other paths pointing to that old drive letter. If anything, K. would scan all paths on that list not just the one path I have the problem with. I also searched the contents of all non-binary files I could find related to K. but that path wasn't there. No idea how to move forward. I guess I will leave things as they are. However, that doesn't mean I'm not concerned as to why this is happening. Any other ideas will be much appreciated. -
