Adding a trusted address will only trust it with outgoing right? If someone attacks using that same address (inbound traffic), Kaspersky knows not to trust that, even if it's added to the trusted addresses (for sending email with Thunderbird) ?

Все установлено было уже. Вот только сейчас установился без перезагрузки системы. В общем далеко не 15 минут требуется. Видимо на всех системах по разному. У меня считай пару часов прошло.

That's exactly what I wrote about. This will happen more and more often, because the developers behind browsers are tightening up the certificate system, while antivirus devs happily inject their own certificates, as was done 10-15 years ago, instead of using the original ones, as should be today. Kaspersky has been promising a solution to this problem for a year now, called SuperMITM, and so far all we hear is "soon". It's irritating how antivirus vendors have slept through the last few years and are now waking up because they were forced to solve the problem instead of using a old, cheap workaround.

It was on the Scan upon request setting so I switched it to Always but the problem persists. Is adding it to exclusions inadvisable?

Agree, but I certainly won't waste my time on this, because I'd have to analyze the code of every website where Kaspersky is incompatible - and I'm not being paid for that. What's more, this situation occurs on all my computers with Kaspersky installed. And while I know where it's coming from, others don't and simply think "the website isn't working properly," which is obviously not true. At this point, Kaspersky is simply useless in terms of filtering network traffic, because it doesn't do what it's supposed to do and causes problems. This looks very, very bad. At the moment, I have a family license for another 300 days, but I'm starting to consider switching to a competitor. What point is a program that blocks basic functionality? I'm simply tired of "Connection is untrusted" messages.

You can always add the URL to Scan Encrypted Connections Trusted URL list, but yeah I'm also waiting it to be implemented asap. Meanwhile, I have it enabled manually in my main system with KES 12.10

How much longer is this going to take? Promises about SuperMITM implementation are starting to become irritating. More and more websites are problematic due to certificate issues, especially (some) online stores which refuse to work at the time of payment. It's 2025, and browser developers have focused heavily on certificate support in recent years. These are no longer the joyful years of 2010-2020, when many things worked even with invalid signatures. Currently, the only option is to disable Kaspersky, make payments, and enable Kaspersky, which is simply ridiculous.

Version 21.23.x was released, which was supposed to finally introduce SuperMITM - I still don't see that option. Is this another delay in the implementation?

1% + 0 files - most likely, it means that the hang occurs during scanning the system memory. Try to temporarily disable option in the full scan settings, save all changes, and repeat the scan.

это скорее всего значит что соединение с этими серверами нестабильно. Разумеется трафик при этом большой, поскольку он заново качает с других серверов. Я кстати вам еще прошлый раз предлагал обновить сам антивирус. KTS давно не актуален. Или опять же в техподдержку. Они вам скажут что посмотреть или какие логи сделать.

Я уже сообщал, что не все так просто тут устроено. Только что я обновил без проблем сразу 3 системы, ожидание до старта обновления было как обычно 15 минут плюс 5 минут до завершения. Патч С на этой версии 21.22 установлен? Попробуйте перезапустить продукт (выход через трей, затем снова запустить). Также посмотрите, не установилась ли уже новая версия (можно в том же журнале стабильности системы), если установилась - возможно, возникли какие-то проблемы с удалением предыдущей версии и ожидаются повторные попытки или перезагрузка.

Новая проблема (помянутую выше похоже пофиксили, не всплывает): каждое обновление (раз/два в день) под 1 МБ. VPN (KSC) не включен. Понятно, что в них не только сигнатуры новых угроз, но столько за сутки?!?.. При этом соединение (потоковое видео без проблем) постоянно скачет по серверам обновления (по несколько килобайт за минуту высасывает и ломится к другому). И обновление в итоге затягивается минут на 10-20, даже если при этом вообще ноут не трогать. Вопросы: 1. Чего так много качает ежедневно? 2. Что так криво качается (перескоки на сервера при никакой скорости скачивания)? Может формировать при обращении архив нужных обновлений и заливать его (а уж на машине распаковка и пр.)?

Смотрели в реестре HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\KasperskyLab\AVP21.22\Data\ProductUpdate - есть там инфа о доступности новой версии?

У меня 0 по вашей записи выставлено, до сих пор нет обновления. Хотя в личном кабинете оно уже доступно через скачивание.

@Friend Сейчас самое время для эксперимента, успел его провести. Со значениями по умолчанию (были 100-150 тыс) не запускалось обновление. Поставил значения 50, 200 и 300 на разных системах - во всех случаях запускается TFU. Ну про 0 - это само собой, тут даже проверять нечего. Так что я правильно понял, как здесь устроено (конечно не во всех деталях, а общий принцип). Патчи еще не проверял, конечно, но, как мне сообщали, такие "низкие" значения и патчи тоже будут ускорять наравне с версиями.
