    You are using the cloud, and as I mentioned, it does not even appear in the cloud console cloud.kaspersky.com.
  6. Yes - this first one (EdgePrompt) shows how Edge normally prompts. The second (WindowsSecPrompt) shows the windows security prompt that comes up with Kaspersky installed. On my test machines the more I cancel the prompts the issue seems to 'solve itself' for that login. Which isn't really a great fix for 100+ users

Dear Kaspersky Community, We are facing warning status regarding invalid encryption status, in many devices in Kes Cloud Console, and we don't understand the root cause of the issue, all these warnings are coming from the laptop PC. We checked one of the workstations and received the following status: "Device incompatible with authentication agent" (screenshot attached with event status).   11. This may be a bit of a niche issue but I wanted to see if anyone had a solution. We use a government website that requires you to login using an Entrust PKI and when you first access the site Edge will prompt you to select your certificate. The prompt normally appears right below the Edge address bar and is easy to see. After installing Kaspersky the prompt no longer appears in Edge, it opens a 'Windows Security' prompt that asks you to pick a certificate. After choosing one and entering your password into Entrust, it then prompts AGAIN for the same certificate despite logging in. You can even cancel this box and continue to use the site. Not the end of the world, but its going to confuse our users. Worse is that the windows security boxes open without any focus and minimized in the taskbar, so people are going to miss it entirely. Is there a way to disable this behaviour and go back to Edge handling the certificates? The issue does not happen until Kaspersky is installed. I tried using the Web Threat Exclusion list but it doesn't make any difference.

    Attached is a screenshot of the error. I don't know where to see what type of console we have, but if it helps, we have the Kaspersky Next EDR Foundations Latin America Edition license.

  16. The point is that some VPN issues are sometimes related to the real geographical location, in this case Kaspersky Tech Support is the only option.
  17. Hello, I am having trouble getting an Android tablet to sync and appear on the Kaspersky Cloud dashboard. A message appears stating: Unable to synchronize with the management server: error processing commands from the Management Console. The strange thing is that it shows the old name, which has been deleted from the console and from the “Show marked for deletion” option. Has anyone else had this problem? I've tried everything, even factory resetting the tablet.

  22. Netflix still shows my regional content even though I'm connected to a VPN. I am connected to german server and I want to watch german shows. But kaspersky vpn doesn't work for netflix allthough Germany Server is mentioned as suitable with netflix. Netflix has disclosed that Kaspersky Servers are VPN servers. There is only one Germany server in Frankfurt am Main. This is not enough. Add servers in Berlin or Munich. There are a lot of servers in USA but only one in germany and it is not even functioning. Find a solution to this problem. I didn't pay to you for a not working vpn!!!
