  10. Добрый день! Столкнулся с такой ситуацией, не работает функция - "VPN-соединение для избранных приложений". Включаю только для Google Chro me, но соединение влияет на Steam, игры, любой другой процесс.
  11. Еще одна иллюстрация как эта нотификация мешает работать. В данном случае, чтобы войти в Outlook в Интернете приходится ждать 5 секунд, так как нотификация закрывает кнопку "ВОЙТИ".

  18. Можно подробней что за ТР или описать модель при использовании другой машины для опроса хостов виндовых? На текущий момент частично удалось решить проблему только с поднятым локально днс согласно рекомендациям (https://support.kaspersky.com/KSCLinux/15.1/ru-RU/3884_1.htm)... Возможно это полностью решит проблему, но хотелось закрыть вопрос имея 1 машину без сторонних узлов или сервисов.
  19. Thank you Tahmeed702, but I already verified that the Network Agent could communicate to the Administration Server by using klcsngtgui.exe and running klnagchk without any SSL errors and I could also telnet to the Administration Server so my firewall is not blocking it

    @Tahmeed702 I do really appreciate your speedy response to my inquiry. "Yeah you can use same key on both Platform in KSC on-prem 1000 devices will be connected and in cloud.kaspersky.com you can connect 600 workstations , you can push same license activation code on Pro view , and I would recommend to use keyfile in KSC on-prem deployment." Assuming our distributor already sent the activation code. Can Kaspersky still issue a .key file for my on-prem? As a recap, to address my question, the answer is YES, I can use the same Activation Code for Pro View and for On-prem.

About the KSK logo not showing on the status bar, I have no idea how to fix it, as far as I know, I gave the app all the permissions it asked for and it also works blocking all the activities I don't want. I think it's just Samsung not showing a logo for apps open in the background. Instead, when I press the Recent apps button it has a dialogue saying 1 app is open in the background and it's KSK. I tried blocking the Settings app like you described, but the problem persists.
  25. Dear All, Kaspersky (21.3.10.381m) is driving me crazy with Thunderbird (128.11.0esr) and gmx-server. I am not able to connect to the GMX-server. I tried the following options: 1.) POP3 and IMAP in Thunderbird (options set in GMX-Mail Server), both options not working to connect to gmx mail server. Connection possible with deactivation of Kaspersky. Ports and servers for GMX correctly set (also for SMTP) 2.) Certificate (Windows and Mozilla) not working. I added manually the certificate to Mozilla 3.) In Firefox Kasspersky Add-on installed 4.) GMX Account removed and added manually in Thunderbird. For quite some time automated connection via Thunderbird-server was not possibel (GMX not found) I am really running out of ideas and I am very close to get rid of Kaspersky. Any ideas or hints (I do not want ot work with exceptions for ports or programms regarding virus protection)- With a deactivation of Kaspersky everything runs smooth.
