Could this be the reason? Perhaps it could be. At this point, I think only a direct Kaspersky employee from the technical testing/development group can clarify this .

The quickest was for that to happen is to submit a case via Kaspersky's Customer Service Team: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> -> select Email, then fill in the template as shown, select (your) Kaspersky application from the drop-down-list (A); include a *detailed history*: ***Also - as FYI - don't be surprised - in the first instance - IF Kaspersky approach the issue as IF the problem is on (YOUR) side. конечно. стоит что бы все спам звонки блокировались. я вижу что программа показывает что некоторые звонки были заблочены. но в большей степени она пропускает звонки. а когда делаешь проверку номера, на ней уже стоит пометка СПАМ.

Всем привет. Данная ситуация может возникать, когда номера, на момент звонка, еще не было в базе спама на устройстве, но он уже был в облачной базе спама. На iOS, во время звонка, приложение проверяет номер только по локальной базе, что на телефоне, из за особенностей архитектуры.

Есть .msi пакет. Задача удалить приложение которое ставится из этого msi пакета (в реестре приложений его нет). Разработчик в инструкции указывает удаление через cmd командой "msiexec.exe /x Installer.msi". Выполнить в папке с этим .msi пакетом. Можно ли прописать команды параметров запуска при удаленной установке приложения для удаления? И какие?

Проблема сохраняется. Вот пример с картинками: мне поступает звонок в 15:13 он не определяется как СПАМ я копирую номер и захожу в программу. Базы обновлены сегодня 11:48, т.е. раньше чем поступил звонок. вставляю номер что бы проверить и программа мне показывает что номер уже помечен как СПАМ. но если он помечен как СПАМ, почему он мне поступил тогда?

Такой список не публикуется. Ну и он может меняться довольно часто.

So wie oben beschrieben durchgeführt und schweißgebadet ob alles klappt. Hat alles perfekt funktioniert. In My Kaspersky angemeldet, Lizenz sofort gefunden. Dann in Ruhe eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wesentlich wohler, wenn man die App installiert hat, obwohl viele die Augen verdrehen wenn man davon erzählt. @Schulte Danke für Deine Unterstützung. Grüße aus dem Bergischen Land

Sobald ich Kaspersky plus alle Rechte entzogen hatte (inclusive Festplatten voll Zugriff) war das problem behoben entweder Kaspersky macht da was illegales oder die Software wurde gehackt

Hallo @jze, hast Du inzwischen den Schalter gefunden? Wenn Du die Kaspersky-App öffnest und ein wenig herunterscrollst, findest Du unter "Sicherer Zahlungsverkehr" die Option "VPN" mit dem zugehörigen Ausschalter.

Hallo @Sonar, tut mir leid, dass Dein Post noch unbeantwortet ist. Es war wohl noch kein Apple-User da... Besteht das Problem noch? Hast Du den Rechner/das Tablet/das Phone schon mal neu gestartet? Das kann öfter mal das Problem beheben. Falls das Problem weiterbesteht: bitte genauere Angabe über die installierten Versionen (OS, Kaspersky, ...).
