OS: Windows 11 Pro 64bit Kaspersky: Kaspersky Standard (5 device license) Problem Description A PC used by a family member has picked up a malware infection. Symptoms: The user became concerned when the system suddenly started popping up notices saying "Virus infection detected". These notices claim to be from Windows Defender and/or "Windows WebAddvisor". These notices are persistent. It will pop up 3 at a time and if you try to dismiss them using the "X" close button, another one pops up immediately. I take this to mean malware code is running locally on the machine (the notices persist even if no browser is open). The "click here" link on the notices purports to take the user to the AVG Antivirus web site. The site that open looks legitimate (it appears to actually be the AVG site) but I know scammers are incredibly good at faking legitimate sites these days. The issue appears to be linked to a single user account at this point. The popups occur in one user account (the regular user of the machine), but not if I log in myself using my own user account. Screenshot: (screenshot attached) Actions I ran a full system scan in KAV but this found nothing I have checked the list of running applications visually in Task Manager, and checked the normal Windows "auto start" locations in the file system and the registry, but I haven't seen anything that looks obviously bad. However I know malware authors are incredibly good at hiding their traces, so I had limited hope that this would yield results. My concern at this point is that I believe we have a malware infection and I don't know where it is or what it's doing. I am also concerned that KAV doesn't seem able to detect and fix it. Superficially, this appears to be just an irritating ad scam, however I don't like the idea of unwanted code running on the machine, because who know what it could be doing in the background.

Boa tarde, Um utilizador tem tido problemas a aceder ao banco online, pelos meus testes é do Kaspersky, adicionei os links do banco à exclusão, no caso de várias maneiras e várias links do mesmo banco só que não está a resolver. Segue o Print com os links que pus. Tenho que fazer mais alguma coisa? E também o banco tem mais que um link, faz redirecionamentos poderá ser por isso?

Since the 12th of this month, Kaspersky's battery consumption has skyrocketed on my Samsung A-52S mobile device. On September 11, daily consumption was 1.2%; September 12: 76.5%; September 13: 59.1%; September 14: 72.4%; today it is already at 21.5%. What could be causing this? Android 14x- Samsung A-52S 5G

@Михаил0011М Вероятнее всего, это происходит потому, что включена постоянная проверка защищенных соединений. Лучше оставить по умолчанию - по запросу компонентов защиты, второй пункт в списке.

Проблема не в браузере а в приложении Яндекс.Диск Завтра вечером смогу написать полную версию. Win11Pro обновляется как только выходят обновления.

Welcome to Kaspersky Community. Can You post the version of K. product installed? Check In Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications, if there are some Valorant related exe / services located in Restricted / Untrusted groups.

Добрый день. Вы можете установить KSC без лицензии. Лицензируется только некоторый функционал, который относится к функционалу "Системное администрирование", остальное доступно.

Создайте новый отчет, выберите подходящий. Какое может? Читать подобные сообщения и догадываться о чем идет речь порой тяжело.

Запускали /opt/kaspersky/kesl/bin/kesl-setup.pl после установки kesl?

Мне дали права, чтобы мог вносить правила, указывать настройку политики, после применения правила и политика не срабатывает. Вот еще в добавок применил политику по KES у пользователей чтобы их интерфейс был менее информативный приложу скрин где я менял. Может нужны права супер пользователя или какие та еще есть зависимости?

Профили соединений агента не настраивал. Достаточно в инсталяционном пакете указать адрес сервера. И после развертывания агента, АРМ появится в списке нераспределенных.

Это предложение по улучшению. Цель - сократить бессмысленные переключения между окнами и лишние действия. В частности, это очень актуально при авторизации на ресурсах, требующих 2FA, ведь в этом случае нужен не только пароль, но и одноразовый код, а KPM хранит их в разных местах и не дает смешивать. Для примера: мой рабочий впн защищен 2FA-авторизацией и мне для подключения к работе требуется ввести не только логин-пароль, но одноразовый код аутентификатора. Соответственно, у меня в избранные добавлено две записи (скрин 1): 1. Сайт "Работа", в котором сохранен логин-пароль от впн 2. код аутентификатора Для подключения я выполняю ежедневно вот этот поток бессмысленной работы: 1. Открыть карточку сайта "Работа" 2. Поскроллить ее и найти аккаунт AD (скрин 2 - там несколько учеток) 3. Скопировать оттуда пароль 4. Закрыть карточку обязательно крестиком (карточка модальная и закрывается только крестиком) 5. Открыть карточку кода аутентификатора "Работа" 6. Скопировать код аутентификатора 7. Закрыть карточку кода крестиком Из перечисленных семи действий, осмысленными являются только два: скопировать пароль и скопировать код. Для того, чтобы избежать бессмысленных действий, предлагаю: 1. Реализовать возможность добавлять в избранное не сайт целиком, а отдельный аккаунт 2. Добавить кнопки копирования логина и пароля прямо на форму избранного, чтобы не нужно было открывать карточки 3. Объяснить карточкам, что можно закрываться по Esc и по клику мышью за пределами модального окна Или, как альтернатива, можно дать возможность одноразовый код добавлять внутрь карточки сайта. Тогда логин-пароль и код будут в одном месте и 5 бессмысленных действий сократится до двух.
