Seit gestern ist die dritte Betaversion MR23 21.23.4.343 der Produkte Kaspersky Standard/Premium/VPN/KSOS verfügbar. Die Fehlerberichte/Abstürze oder auch GUI-Bugs, sollen nun wieder im separaten Betabereich auf dem eap-Server gemeldet werden. Dafür ist eine erneute Anmeldung erforderlich. Der Download der Testversion und nähere Informationen dazu gibt es hier im bereits genannten englischen Betabereich - https://eap.kaspersky.com/topic/6482/kaspersky-vpn-ksos-21.23.4.343 Nützliche Informationen: Um die Anwendung zu testen, aktiviert man diese mit der im Betabuild enthaltenen Lizenz. Wenn die kommerzielle Lizenz verwendet wird, um die Betaversion der Anwendung zu aktivieren, so wird die für den Betatest aufgewendete Lizenzdauer nicht vergütet/verrechnet. Bekannte Probleme: Die Videoaufzeichnungsfunktion verfügt über ein neues Fenster. Sie ist in Arbeit und Kaspersky nimmt keine Fehlerberichte darüber an. VPN hat eine sehr blasse Aktivierungsschaltfläche und blassen Text in den Benachrichtigungen. Der Netzwerkmonitor kann namenlose Gruppen für Systemprozesse enthalten Bitte sendet keine Probleme an den Premium Tech Support. Die Beta-Berichte sollen nur in dem externen Beta-Forum veröffentlicht werden.

ich hab noch immer nicht verstanden, welche Sprache für die Oberfläche installiert wird. Gibt es verschiedene Installationsprogramme? Kann ich die Installation mit Parameter starten um zwingend deutsch zu installieren?

Ciao @muffo la password principale non si riferisce a un singolo dispositivo, ma al tuo account Kaspersky (e di conseguenza a tutti i dati che sono sincronizzati tramite il cloud). Quando crei la password principale (Password Master)sul primo dispositivo, questa viene associata al tuo account My Kaspersky. Di conseguenza, quando accedi a Kaspersky Password Manager su un altro dispositivo (come il tuo smartphone, tablet o un altro computer), usi la stessa password principale per sbloccare e accedere a tutti i tuoi dati. In sintesi, la password principale è unica e collegata al tuo account, non al singolo dispositivo. Questo ti permette di avere tutti i tuoi accessi e le tue credenziali sempre sincronizzate e disponibili su un massimo di 5 dispositivi con la versione Premium di Kaspersky. Saluti @bobbycooper

Ciao@ fabbro ti suggerisco di disinstallare completamente Kaspersky Plus e poi installare Kaspersky Premium da zero. Questa procedura è la più sicura perché evita possibili problemi di incompatibilità o "residui" della vecchia installazione, garantendoti una configurazione pulita fin da subito. È importante ricordare che il passaggio da Plus a Premium non è gratuito, ma richiede l'acquisto di una nuova licenza. Durante la reinstallazione, potrai accedere con il tuo account My Kaspersky. In questo modo, il sistema riconoscerà automaticamente la tua licenza ei tuoi dati senza intoppi. Saluti @bobbycooper

Ciao @pistone, si confermo, ho testato entrambe le soluzioni. È comunque consigliabile utilizzare una sola VPN per volta, al fine di evitare possibili incompatibilità Saluti @bobbycooper

Puoi rivolgerti direttamente al portale ufficiale tramite la pagina di supporto italiana: https://support.kaspersky.com/it. dove potrai scrivere un e-mail o chattare (Orari: Lun - Ven, 09:00 - 17:00) per risolvere più rapidamente la situazione. Ciao @Sveen il prodotto Kaspersky Total Security è ormai datato ed è stato sostituito dalle nuove suite. Non so se questo risolverà direttamente il tuo problema, ma ti consiglio di verificare se hai diritto all’aggiornamento gratuito. Puoi farlo andando a questa pagina: https://www.kaspersky.it/total-security#. Scorrendo fino in fondo troverai un pulsante che ti permette di controllare se la tua licenza è idonea al passaggio gratuito alla nuova suite Kaspersky Plus, indipendentemente dal problema attuale. in attesa ti saluto @bobbycooper
