Last month until now I tried to update anydesk software on app updater feature but couldn't update.

Bienvenido a la Comunidad de Kaspersky. Lo primero que yo haría sería migrar ya a Kaspersky Estándar, el KIS ya se considera una versión algo obsoleta. Tu licencia de KIS activará "el nuevo" Kaspersky Estándar: La versión más moderna ahora es la 21.22, e imagino que tu KIS es la 21.13.

Current released version of Win 11 is 24H2 Build 26100.4946. Win 11 25H2 has not yet been released. That's what I'm trying to say.🙂

Microsoft disagrees with you, read: Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26200.5742 (Dev Channel) -> Kaspersky *only* supports commercially released platforms. Install a compliant OS, read: Kaspersky for Windows, Hardware and software requirements, retest the issue? Please share the outcome with the Community when it's available? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

This is NOT a beta or preview version of Windows, Firefox, or Kaspersky so I don't know what you are trying to say What more can I explain? The lonk IN KASPERSKY PLUS offers to add to Firefox but clicking it does nothing! No error screen or message - just NOTHING happens and the option remains. P0

Thanks for your reply. The page you linked to doesn't show whether the other servers are 'physically' or 'virtually' located. I'm mainly interested in countries that are not 'friendly' to Uncle Sam. So with that in mind are the servers for Belarus, Russia, Afghanistan, 'physically' located in those countires or are they 'virtual' servers in another country? Again, thanks for your time.

Mi antivirus, lleva más de 3 horas marcando el 100% actualización y no puede terminar, los botones de actualizar y detener están desactivados. Ya cerre la aplicación y la volví a abrir y sigue igual. También realicé un análisis rápido de virus y tardó una hora con el 1% de avance y el 0 de archivos analizados y no terminó. Reinicié el equipo y sigue igual todo. ¿Qué puedo hacer? Tengo Windows 10 en mi pc. ¿Tendrá un virus mi computadora? ¿Hay alguna forma de analizar mi computadora externamente? Sospecho de virus, aunque me marca en verde el antivirus. Mi suscripción es anual y está activa. Ayúdenme por favor...

Раз такого файла в папке нет, вероятнее всего его там уже нет.) Можно выбрать "Игнорировать" в антивирусе, потом на всякий случай просканировать контекстным сканом (через ПКМ) папку повторно. Если больше детектов не будет - значит можно спать спокойно.) UPD. А-а, кажется, начинаю понимать происходящее.) Если открываете через ЦУ антивируса папку с детектированным файлом, а открывается папка "Документы" - значит этой папки с файлом на устройстве не найдено. Т.е. она или удалена, или была, к примеру, на внешнем диске, который уже отключен.

А детектированный файл удален? Если удален, можно в ЦУ выбрать "Игнорировать". А, ну да, это же про него речь.) Вручную-то никак не удалить его?

Это Opera. Mozilla, Edge тоже самое. Хотя смс для входа приходит.

KIS нашел несколько троянов, все кроме одного удалились. С последним проблема. Показывает Обнаружено: UDS Trojan.Win64.Agent.smenua. Нажимаю устранить - ничего не происходит. При повторной проверке ничего не находит, но в центре уведомлений висит. Что делать?

As I wrote in my original post it appears to be a different address(es) each time I connect so how will changing the network type to public help, assuming it ordinarily would, if as is likely it will be a new IP address(es)?

Для начала осознайте что здесь нет телепатов. Поэтому еще раз, подробно - какой Касперский, какая виртуалка, что там у вас конкретно происходит. Чтобы не только вам было понятно. Иначе ответ на вопрос "чо делать" будет соответствующий 🙂

Я хотел скачать New Launcher что бы вшить туда ратку захожу на сайт лаунчера (Это все на виртуалке) и почемуто там тоже был касперски хотя разрешениий на браузере нету и касперски не установлен на винду подскажите чо делать

Hello @llCPC, Welcome! Kaspersky provides one location in mainland China - *either* Shanghai or Beijing. Which one *depends* on the user license. In both cases these locations are virtual and servers are physically *outside* of China. Hong Kong servers are physically in Hong Kong. Read: Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection, Locations.
