@Aramanthine hello. KSC uses "Device ID" identifier, look at the article https://support.kaspersky.com/ksc/15.1/3912 Dynamic IP for controlled devices isn't a problem for KSC. -

To fix this issue, check existing policy and place it with a new one, if it has non-Latin characters in its name: 1. In the NSX web console: Navigate to Security → Endpoint Protection Policies. 2. Delete the existing policy with Non-Latin characters in its name. 3. Create a new policy using English-only naming conventions.

Estou com um problema onde ao bloquear um site especifico o kaspersky bloqueia o acesso no aplicativo de um banco o "itau", quando eu desativo la no controle da web o bloqueio do site, o aplicativo volta ao normal, ou seja, kaspersky mesmo com a configuração do bloqueio para apenas um site especifico ele ta bloqueando tudo, mesmo o site do banco estar como liberado na regra de exclusão e na regra.

Для начала нужно смотреть журналы антивируса в интерфейсе программы. Если антивирус что-то блокирует, то это по идее должно писаться в журналы. Так же нужно смотреть системные журналы. Там должна быть ошибка запуска сервиса. Ошибка 1068 как правило означает, что сервис не может запустить дочернюю службу. Нужно проверить, что все сервисы, нужные для работы openvpn в доверенных у антивируса. Но для понимания проблемы этих логов может быть недостаточно. Так что лучше все-таки в техподдержку. На форуме мы не можем подобные вещи запрашивать. -

В доверенных тоже есть openvpngai. Пишет: Найдена новая проводная сеть Ethernet. Название Адаптер: TAP-Windows Adapter V9 Доверять новой сети? Я отвечаю: Да, разрешить любую сетевую активность. После этого сервис openvpnservice перестает работать. При перезапуске выдают ошибку 1068.

его нужно в доверенные добавлять, а не в исключения судя по всему. Что есть в журнале антивируса по поводу openvpn? потому что фраза: ни о чем не говорит. Нужно знать, что именно происходит. -

Kaspersky small office security постоянно сносит работу Open vpn Gui. Он обнаруживает адаптер, я разрешаю любую сетевую активность, далее openvpnservice перестает работать. После переустановки openvpn gui все работает до следующей проверки. open vpn в исключениях. На текущий момент антивирусник отключили. Он все равно продолжает обнаруживать и сносить работу

I have a number of clients that use this software and for the last two days Kaspersky keeps alerting them about my remote control software being installed. Whilst this feature is good, where on earth and how am I able to tell the user to permanently ignore warnings about it. I have got them yesterday to go into the managed intruder detection part and 'allow' the programs, but it still keeps alerting them multiple times a day. Please help me -

Hi I managed to speak to an Agent now who is helping me. I am not given the option to change my region and it says to contact support. I purchases my license from Kaspersky through the official agent. Hopefully my issue is now resolved

Also, on top right, clicking over Your user / email account -> Manage account, You can contact to K. Support to change country region.

Hi, I have been using Kaspersky for years, specifically total security for the past 4 or 5 years on a few of my PC's. I purchased Premium recently as my licenses were going to expire but when I try download it I am only getting the russian language version. When I log into My Kaspersy it is showing my region as Russia. I live in South Africa and I have never changed or set my region. It won't allow me to change it and I can't get through to support. Please help

Hola: Gestiono desde hace tiempo una consola Kaspersky Security Center. Actualmente trabajo con la versión 15.1.0.20748 El caso es que llevo tiempo observando que a pesar de no tener activado el WSUS ni ninguna tarea de descarga de actualizaciones de Microsoft, estas siguen apareciendo y ocupando un espacio que no deseo. No veo manera de impedir la descarga de estas actualizaciones. ¿Pueden ayudarme? Gracias ;-)
