Hay tools que puedes encontrar en Google para calcular el Hash de una archivo, o simplemente subiéndolo a VirusTotal o a KOTIP, en el resultado de ambos, ya te da los diferentes Hashes del archivo.

С этой проблемой обратился в Техподдержку в июле 2025. Проблему решили. Причина следующая. По крайней мере в моем случае. В настройках Безопасности я отключил пункт "Автоматически выполнять рекомендуемые действия". Соответственно Каспер запрашивал подтверждение на любое изменение в системе. Решение от Техподдержки - "Если Вам необходимо вернуть старые настройки, то выполните инструкцию: -Откройте Настройки, Настройки безопасности, Исключения и действия над найденными объектами, и поставьте галочку: Выполнять рекомендуемые действия автоматически." Динамическая адресация адаптеров никак не повлияла. Проблема устранена.

Bonjour, J'ai Kaspersky Anti-Virus 21.3.10.391 et il bloque Thunderbirds. La configuration de Thunderbirds est correcte, car j'arrive à envoyer et recevoir des e-mails lorsque Kaspersky est désactivé. J'ai ajouté les serveurs POP3/IMAP & SMTP (pop.gmail.com, imap.gmail.com et smtp.gmail.com), sauvegardé et redémarré. Je ne reçois aucun e-mail et j'ai le message d'erreur suivant lorsque j'essaye d'en envoyer : " L’envoi du message a échoué. Le message n’a pas pu être envoyé car la connexion au serveur sortant (SMTP) « smtp.gmail.com » a expiré. Veuillez essayer à nouveau." Je vous remercie pour votre aide.

Потому что бот из техподдержки не додумается ни до чего умнее, чем тоже что и вы, скинуть инструкцию по удалению, которую я уже знаю наизусть.

и вы ни разу не обратились в техподдержку? а что у вас случилось, что вы на форум решили об этом сообщить?

отлично, удалил профиль для ПК и потерял доступ к нему (так как на нем и пароль лежит). К айфону это вообще не имеет отношения. самая последняя, обновляется регулярно. Проблеме уже год, он уже обновлялся раза 3. Если что, я уже и аккаунт apple сменил, поставил взрослый аккаунт, на детском тоже не удалялась.

Agree, in this matter Kaspersky in Interactive mode, it's a bit complex to manage, since K. FireWall controls ports connections of every app, but not the connections of every app like a whole.

Appreciate the reply, but the issue with this solution is that Kaspersky will add a newly accessed app into the Trusted group automatically, and allow access. I'm looking for a solution that allows the User to choose whether to allow access initially instead of revoking access after the fact. Like you can do in Bitdefender (below). Kaspersky is better than Bitdefender in every other way, just crazy that they have this over us...

Welcome to Kaspersky Community. Yes, that's the setting to enable Interactive Mode in Kaspersky home products. But, the problem is what You said, a possible solution would be going to Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications, move manually to Trusted group all the apps You trust. Prompts usually come when an app located in a restriction group performs an operation in the system, rights can be modified and customized for the 4 trusting groups.
