Попытался сделать всё по инструкциям https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/15.1/ru-RU/156275.htm (далее Инструкция № 1) и https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/15.1/ru-RU/240594.htm (далее -Инструкция № 2). Но, в связи с неопытность в вопросе работы с Microsoft SQL Server, не понимаю некоторые моменты, описанные в статье. Надеюсь тут помогут разобраться.

Exactly, they are two different views of the same area. A few years ago, these two views reflected exactly the same information. In fact, there are three views. The third is the view from the user interface, and I expected all three to show the same information. In fact, there was an older version that not only unified the data but also unified the graphical layout of these three views. The policy: shows the instruction, what it should be, from the administrator's point of view. The device (from the console): shows what the device reported in its last update. The graphical user interface: shows the most realistic and up-to-date information. The option to view a device's configurations (from the console) allows you to monitor the current (real) status of parameters, especially those that are not enforced by policy. From my point of view, the current model does not allow the administrator to know the real status of parameters that are not enforced by a policy. Nor does it offer tools to validate that the policy was actually applied properly to the device. How can we know the status of a parameter that isn't enforced by a policy? As it currently works, the only way seems to be through the device.

Значит либо что-то не так настроено, либо что-то не так делаете. А что конкретно в этих папках на 12Гб и какой свежести?

там написано что эта ветка для x86 (32х-разрядной) стистемы. @Лексей, копируете этот текст в блокнот, сохраняете с любым именем, с расширением .reg Потом запускаете этот файл и соглашаетесь с внесением изменений в реестр. Для версии 21.21:

Нужен раздел WOW6432Node. Можно скопировать-вставить весь путь с поправкой на версию. В нужном разделе жмете ПКМ в любом пустом месте правой части окна с параметрами - создать - строковый параметр - присвоить ему это имя - двойной клик по параметру - выставить значение 0 - ОК.

Возможно мне понадобится для ноута-на нём 21.22 с виндой 10 глючит. Пишу со стационара-там виндовс 11 и 21.22. Но наверно реестры 11 и 10 не очень различаются. Так вот. Добрый день, нужна помощь. Есть работающий сервер ksc он установлен на отдельный сервер. Есть mdm ios сервер развернутый на другом сервере. Mdm развернут с помощью установленного агента касперского. Внешний fqdn в мастере настройки при установке mdm указан. Лицензии на мобильные устройства активны, apn сертификат получен. При генерации qr кода для для установки на ios устройства, он генерирует qr с указанием на основной сервер ksc, а не на указанный при работе мастера внешний fqdn. Как это исправить?

Hello Alex, you mix up 2 different things here. The properties of the device itself do not show exactly the same than the properties of the policy you are using. This is expected behavior and are two different views. Best Regards

Hallo @MisterNobody, eine schnelle Behebung ist leider nicht drin. Der Fehler wird erst mit MR23 behoben, es kann aber noch viele Wochen dauern bis sie erscheint. Die einzige Möglichkeit besteht für den Moment darin, auf die MR21 zurückzugehen. Das erfordert aber noch zusätzlichen Aufwand, da das automatische Upgrade auf die MR22 durch einen Registry-Eingriff gesperrt werden muss. Wenn Du diesen Weg gehen möchtest (und kannst), stelle ich Dir die Einzelheiten zusammen.

Hello Xpreme, before deleting a license from KSC you have to make sure the counter has value "0". Doubleclick the license you want to remove and check Devices. Remove the flag to automatically distribute the license to clients. Then move such devices to group "Unassigned Devices" or remove them completely from KSC. Refresh License view and check if counter is 0. Once done you can delete it. If the license is also added to the Administrationserver properties, remove it there and add the new one. If you want to remove the license from client directly you need administrative rights and you can use commandline parameters to do that as described here: LICENSE.
