Sürekli girdiğim bir websitesine girişte sorun yaşıyorum. Bu hatayı bazen veriyor, bazen vermiyor. Kısacası canı ne isterse onu yapıyor. Problem şu ki, bu web sitesini uygulama ayarları içinden filtreledim, yani her ne olursa olsun bu sitede bir sorun çıkartmadan giriş yapılabilmeli. Ona rağmen siteyi açmamı engelliyor. "Korumayı duraklat" seçeneğini seçtiğimde bile sonuç aynı, hiçbir şekilde istediğim yere ulaşamıyorum ve bu artık beni delirtme noktasına getirdi. İstediğim şey web sitesine girebilmek, kaspersy spam mesajları almak değil!!!

Hallo zusammen, ich kümmere mich bei Bekannten um wiederkehrende Lizenzverlängerungen von Kaspersky Produkten. Dabei handelt es sich ausschließlich um Privatanwender mit 1-5 zu schützenden Geräten. Im folgenden Post geht es auch nur um Privatlizenzierung. So lange es möglich war habe ich "Kaspersky Anti Virus" genutzt und wechselte nun zu "Kaspersky Standard". Ich beziehe meine Lizenzen von einem örtlichen Händler, der wiederum bei einer größeren Distribution bestellt. Der Händler teilte mir heute mit, dass Kaspersky vor einiger Zeit das Lizenzmodell von "pro User" auf "pro Gerät" umgestellt hat. Ist das korrekt? Ich wollte von ihm wissen, was das in der Praxis(!) für einen Unterschied macht. Evtl. habe ich in der Vergangenheit falsch eingekauft, aber ich bin immer davon ausgegangen um wie viele zu schützende Geräte es geht. Sagte man mir, dass es bspw. 2-3 Windows-PCs waren, kaufte ich eine 3er Lizenz. Wenn aber bis vor Kurzem "pro User" lizenziert wurde, hätte mir dann eine 1er Lizenz ausgereicht? Und wenn ja, wie viele Geräte hätte dieser eine User dann mit der Lizenz bestücken können? Vielen Dank vorab für die Aufklärung und schöne Grüße :-)

La cosa migliore poteva essere contattare l'Assistenza al primo problema ed eventualmente farsi guidare per risolvere il primo problema, probabilmente il tutto si sarebbe risolto già lì senza dover fare il tutto che hai fatto, ma dico probabilmente perchè manca il contradittorio. Sempre secondo me il tutto è partito dal fatto che tu pensando che non stesse scaricando/installando niente hai interrotto la procedura che probabilmente era già partita e si stava svolgendo in background, da qui poi tutte le complicazioni che hai scritto in successione a catena.

Estoy teniendo problemas con la extensión de navegador de Kaspersky; si bien los servicios que maneja (tales como Safe Money por ejemplo) funcionan bien ya que también tengo el antivirus con una licencia premium, se ve que no puedo adminstrarlas desde la extensión. Mi consulta es, es esto un error de la aplicación en general, o es porque ya el antivirus está manejando esas funciones? Probé reinstalando la extensión y mi equipo, pero no hubo cambios. Estoy usando Microsoft Edge que es basado en Chromium. Gracias de antemano!

Anzi stacca proprio il cavo lan o escludi il router/modem. Esegui il tool che hai scaricato. Come ulteriore tentativo per risolvere puoi lanciare il programma di w11 MRT.exe. La scansione completa può durare un paio di ore. (A volte ci prende..)

i sent the virustotal link to a friend and he said that the file is also submitted to virus total under the name CerberusRatFudStub.dll back some time ago as it shows under "Names" in virustotal. he told me Cerberus is a Remote access trojan and that might be why this shows as virus by kaspersky? I am sure you guys are the real experts here though not me or my friend, we dont understand that much from interpreting scans

huh it is not showing in my reports.. it was there though but just missing now. i attached the screenshot of the file currently in my quarantine. maybe it isnt showing because it is in quarantine? do you want me to run the file again so kaspersky can block it again? maybe then i will have it showing up in my reports
