Dafür spricht auch das langsame Updateverhalten. Als der Patch dann installiert war, waren einige von ihm verwendete Daten veraltet, Mit dem nächsten Update konnten sie aktualisiert werden. Also alles im Rahmen. Die Mail vom Forum wird wahrscheinlich durch Deine beim Wiederherstellen der Internetverbindung vom Provider vergebene neue IP ausgelöst. Du kannst die Emailbenachrichtigung in Deinem Foren-Profil auch abstellen.

In this case trusted connections are not decrypted and scanned by antivirus. Trusted = Ignored. There is some info in the same article: "If the Scan encrypted connections upon request from protection components option is selected, Kaspersky application uses the installed Kaspersky certificate to verify the security of SSL connections". Encrypted connections are scanned, password-protected objects in attachments are not scanned. There is also the article about mail antivirus. Same article again: "To scan traffic in Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird, you must enable Encrypted Connections Scan."

Yes, there may be some confusion. If you want to exclude the entire content of a folder, you can manually edit any exception by adding **, for example: D:\Folder\** - in this case, all subfolders and files will definitely be excluded.

Hi, thanks for the welcome. 😊 I'm not sure what's the point of a program scanning an encrypted object. ? Does Kaspersky have my encryption keys somehow? I'm not educated on this, but I wish I could trust an application instead of the internet address. So that the content is intercepted and scanned but the app itself isn't molested in its operation. Also my concern is if a bad-actor figures out a certain address is trusted on my computer they could piggyback it, even though it's outgoing. I might be out to lunch with that, but I dunno. I'm not even sure if Thunderbird is encrypting messages but probably. I will look into that. Today I added the "do not scan encrypted" (smpt address and port) to the exclusions on the security > app manager itself. I will run some tests and see what is working, thanks for the help.

Ok thanks again. I wish there was a visual indication of which. I can look at my list of exclusions and have no idea if it's the parent folder only or if the subfolders are included. A star wildcard would clear up that mystery easily.

С 12.10 стоит обновляться? Приватные патчи затрагивают общую функциональность, что не работало? То что указано с 1 по 7 пункт мне не нужно в данный момент времени.

If you are selecting the path via the "Browse" button, the checkbox "Include subfolders" matters (screenshot). If checked - the entire content (folders, subfolders, files) will be excluded, if unchecked - the exception will be applied to the root folder or drive only. If you are typing the path in the field manually, the exception will be applied to all content including subfolders. The symbol * doesn't matter. In other words, D:\ and D:\* are the same and the entire content of drive D will be excluded in this case.

Вы не путайте российскую поддержку и китайскую, как в данном случае. На китайскую поддержку пользователи уже даже Евгению Касперскому жаловались.

в поддержку может 1-2 раза обращался. Ответ быстрый, кнопка "Отправить" работала.

Hi folks Has Kaspersky removed the ability for children to request extra time? We've got two different tablets (Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite & Lenovo Tab P11 Pro) with the latest version installed, v1.112.02, its no longer present when the device is locked, e.g. time schedule is used. Previous versions allowed the user to ask for extra time like on a PC but now this option is missing so the device is fully locked with only apps that are allowed when locked showing. If its been removed, can I ask why? If its a bug - is there a timeframe to fix? Thanks

Лично вчера заходил в 5 с чем то утра по Москве в чат поддержки Премиума. Сначала-да, бот-когда объяснил ситуацию-подключился оператор. В 5-18 по Москве получил на емелю требуемый файл.

Хотите ещё приколов? Написано, что чат поддержки работает с 8:00 до 20:00 по МСК, в будние дни. Т.е. в 2025 году у них даже бот круглосуточно работать не может? Устаёт что ли бедненький? 🤣 Но самое смешное, что с поддержкой я связаться не смог, а вот как попросил возврат оформить, так чудесным образом все заработала. Переписку с поддержкой тоже скину поржать. Т.е. они сами как бы намекают - верните свои деньги. У нас один хрен ничего не работает. Ну а если забьёт и не вернёте. Мы вам скажем спасибо и купим ещё пару лавандовых рафов. 🤣 Я просто много работаю за границами. После санкций - китайскими в основном. В Китае роботы по отелю ездят еду в номер доставляют. А я не могу просто элементарно связаться с поддержкой и привязать лицензию к устройству в надежде что это вернет мне ВПН? Я молчу о том, что вообще было бы хорошо если бы ничего рандомно не слетало и просто работало. Зато лавандовые рафы мы пить умеем без проблем. :)
