  2. 1. Oh, I actually screenshotted the Kaspersky icon 2 times, one time when it wasn't in focus (first screenshot) and a second time when it was in focus (second screenshot). The "white-line" is from Windows 11 when a program is in focus. 2. Sure. 3. Oh, I've done this already but I can do that again, sure. 4. Same as point 3., I already did that too as well. 5.     Hello @John1509, Welcome again! For (our) understanding/clarity - even tho (you've) shared two images - there's only *one* Kaspersky icon that is a concern - correct? The concern is the position of the shield within the Taskbar icon is *off-centre*. Additionally -> the *white-line* in the image - is that *actual* OR added by (you) please? Post a *full-screen-screen-print* of the *entire* Taskbar, showing the Kaspersky icon - within the array of *all* icons - hide any personal information before posting. Is the Taskbar *locked* OR *unlocked*? Export Kaspersky Standard Settings, read: How to export settings. Uninstall Kaspersky Standard, save *only* License - clear *all other check-boxes, read: How to uninstall the application Shutdown/restart the computer - login. Download a *new* installer, https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product - version 21.21.7.384.0.23.0 Install version 21.21.7.384.0.23.0 & recheck the issue?   8. Hello, so, at first I thought this was just a Windows bug that could be fixed by restarting my PC. However, I've now seen this bug for the fifth time after restarting my PC for the fifth time in the last three weeks.   16. My subscription to Password Manager (version 24.2.0.277) expired yesterday. When I try to open the vault, a message pops up that I have more passwords than a free version allows and asks me to choose a subscription plan. Since I am in the U.S., I cannot renew. How do I export my passwords, so that I can import them into another password manager? Is there a way to get temporary access to the vault?

  21. В системе было ограничено редактирование реестра, восстановил учетную запись администратора и почистил хлам в реестровой записи, были лишние записи от Касперского. Всё заработало, спасибо за наводку

  24. То что вы показываете, это не реестр рабочей системы. Зачем вы это делаете с загрузочного диска (или из среды восстановления)? Нет, ну если вам конечно заняться нечем и вы ищете приключения на свою голову, тогда пожалуйста ) У вас же система рабочая, я правильно понимаю? Только звук не работает? Так загрузитесь в нормальном режиме и покажите ту ветку, которую я просил, пожалуйста.
