да, это так. Заведите другой аккаунт и регистрируйте на него. она бесплатка, но есть такое ограничение 🙂 а это не имеет значения. То же самое будет если в аккаунте есть триальная лицензия, например. -

Есть платная лицензия, при попытке поставить Free пишет, что на мою учётку зарегистрировать бесплатку нельзя. Как давно такое? лет 20 на каспере, были разные проблемы, но первый раз попал на это, что бесплатка не бесплатка. Особенно для платных клиентов.

I'm using this feature for years in both Google and Bing so I'm not going to turn it off. Why Kaspersky can't show those icons in Bing even when it enabled? Also I have broken icons today in Google.

Yes, do a reset BUT 1st check without importing Your cfg... -
I thought about it, did it, and checked the settings for updates, then reimported my .cfg backup (and set the same settings as the default for updates) But I'll do it again and redo all the settings. Perhaps there's a "conflict" with settings from older versions of K Thanks EDIT : it's Manage Settings => Restore, right ?

While I've found a temporary workaround by using one of my 20 YouTube alt accounts, this is clearly not a sustainable long-term solution. -

Yes, of course. I always check the date and time of the databases in the evening When I restarted K and got the message that the databases were out of date, I did a manual update and I've checked every day since For example, I didn't get the automatic update to get today's at 5:22 PM, and when I did it manually at 6:00 PM, I got it However, I set it up so that updates are "checked" 3 minutes after launching the application (see screenshot above) Thanks

It's certainly worth a try. Nothing can break... But as @harlan4096 has indicated: you can only recognize an attempted update in the reports. The date of the signatures may be older and not correspond to the last update.

Uhm, I just go to YouTube and see if any of the Ads are being blocked. Right now I'm using AdGuard, which is significantly less performance consuming than uBlock Origin. But you're right, uBlock Origin is the most customizable and flexible AdBlockers out there. (Idk if you followed the uBlock Origin Mega Thread on Reddit but YouTube has started to flag YouTube accounts for using AdBlockers, which means even if you disable or even uninstall ALL AdBlockers, you're account remains flagged.) that's why I personally don't use K. Anti-Banner, but use uBlock Origin in my main browser -> Mozilla FireFox. Yeah, many, many people say or even recommend using FireFox + uBlock Origin but this doesn't help at all, especially if your YouTube account has already been flagged by YouTube. Edit: I see you've reacted with a confused emoji to my response concerning which other browser I tried. That confusion is most likely because you probably don't know about the YouTube flagging issue xdd -

Also, can You check and post the K. Reports section for Databases updates? Also, that's correct, current last database updates is 17:22. Some module minor updates don't change the time of the database, so even having it every hour, that time may not differ for some hours... -

Hello @tistou77, this case also seems a bit strange to me. But there could be another reason: please go to 'Settings->Security settings->Network settings'. There should be an option 'Limit traffic on metered connections (Restreindre le trafic sur les connexions limitées)'. Ok, I closed and reopened K, more than waited 10 minutes, and there was no database update. Still the same one I did a manual search, and I got this It's 6 p.m for me (18:00) So the problem is just with the update search performed by K, but no problem with the manual search... Where could the problem come from ? Surprising that K uses Windows files to update itself Thanks

Hum can You provide an example of not blocking ads, to try to reproduce the problem in my system? About this I think that uBlock Origin is more efficient, and it consumes probably less resources than K. Anti-Banner, also it is more customizable and flexible... that's why I personally don't use K. Anti-Banner, but use uBlock Origin in my main browser -> Mozilla FireFox. -
