contact tech support tell them to improve heur detection for those fake websites it is indeed lots of such fake websites distributing malicious installers

Откуда вы все это берете ? "4 года ", " не развивается " .....не надо говорить за всю Лабораторию , просто вышли Новые продукты и вы можете их скачать ПО ЖЕЛАНИЮ .Зайдите на сайт и пролистав до конца вы увидите и KTS и KIS и KA-V . У меня стоит KTS , работает без проблем и никто из Касперский Лаб. не сказал мне обязательно переходить на Plus

When I click to open VPN, nothing happen. When I try to uninstall, it says that is updating, i cant uninstall even in windows security mode.

Компьютер , проводная связь . Какое то время всплывающая надпись Касп.лаб о том , что невозможно подключиться к серверу обновлений , привело к тому , что я включил VPN - обновления тут же загрузились , отсюда и родился мой пост . Я и сейчас , чтоб войти сюда , включил VPN .

И хватит делать вид, что "всё хорошо, прекрасная маркиза". Что мне продали? Неработающее амно? Это, что сервис такой? Раньше этот позороный заменитель нормального сервиса работал 50/50, теперь же он просто НЕ РАБОТАЕТ!!!!! ДЕНЬГИ ВЕРНИТЕ!!!!

Можете попробовать пройти лечение для этого: создайте тему на форуме Клуба лаборатории Касперского, выполнив порядок оформления запроса о помощи.

Легче отключить этот компонент, толку от него не особо много.
