Officially, Kaspersky stopped supporting KIS for Vista and Windows 7, so renewing the license for older versions isn’t possible through normal channels. You’d need to either upgrade those PCs’ OS or use a different antivirus that still supports legacy systems.

If your logs show no blocked intrusions, it likely means nothing was detected—not necessarily that your system was at risk. You could uninstall KIS and rely on your OS firewall plus safe browsing habits, or replace it with a lighter intrusion-prevention tool. Just ensure you have some form of active protection if you remove it. -

Dual-booting with Windows 11 is possible, but ensure BIOS virtualization and secure boot settings are compatible. Focus on using standard CPU, RAM, and storage features for development, as Evo-specific optimizations may not be fully leveraged. -

There is a new version of KPrem. 21.23 Also, check in Your Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications, that there is any executable / service of that game in Restriction groups. -

Update: Die neue Lizenz wurde nicht automatisch übernommen. Ich musste am Ablauftag, der neuen Lizenz ein „neues Gerät“, also wieder meinen schon bekannten PC zuweisen. Dazu musste ich auf die neue Lizenz klicken und ein Installations-File downloaden und installieren, wobei meine Einstellung von Kaspersky Plus übernommen wurden. Dies hätte auch unkomplizierter durchgeführt werden können! Früher wurde eine neue Lizenz als „Reservecode“ eingetragen und automatisch übernommen. Gruß

Adquiri um novo aparelho e estou tentando migrar para um novo notebook o qual não me foi passado o código de ativação para o meu e-mail, não dando conclusão de funcionalidade do anti-vírus. Aguardo o retorno e o código de ativação o mais rápido possível. -
Bonjour Voici la réponse du support technique : Cher client(e) Bonjour La demande du mot de passe principal est obligatoire après le démarrage de votre ordinateur, on n'a pas d'option pour l’éviter. L'option que vous avez décoché permet uniquement d’éviter de saisir le mot de passe quand l'ordinateur passe en veille ou après une inactivité sur votre ordinateur ou quand vous relancez Kaspersky password manager durant votre utilisation quotidienne. Hello Alv63, is the Background Connection enabled in the Web Console and additional the EDR Functionalities displayed? Please check additional if there is a newer Version of the Plugin for EDR. If nothing works please reinstall Web Console this is working without any issues because KSC is not affected by this.

I recently bought a new laptop. I installed KIS and KPM. I opened Edge and found that passwords are not being auto-filled. I installed Firefox, and auto-fill works there. I've checked in Edge and browser password actions are unchecked. How do I get it working?

Daha öncesinde kaspersky internet security kullanıyordum. Aboneliğim bitmeden önce bu hesabımın otomatik yenilenmesini kapatmıştım ve sonrasında kaspersky premium satın aldım. Ancak mykaspersky hesabıma girdiğimde kaspersky premium dışında ayrıca 5 cihaz kullanımlı kaspersky plus 2 yıl aktif olarak görülüyor. Haberim dışında aktif edişmiş olan 2 yıllık kaspersky plus ödemesi nasıl alınmış. Hesabımdan alınmış ise iadesini istiyorum. Sonuç olarak ben daha öncesinde kaspersky premium aldım ve kullanmaktayım.

hi everyone. after upgrading to version 15.1, the alerts section on web console has been disappeared from navigation menu and also lost the hyperlinks on the dashboard. additionally, when i generate a 'Report on threats' having added the 'Open alert' field, then again on the generated report the 'View alert' link nothing is popped up or displayed. any clues why? it used to work like charm on previous 14.2 version. thanks.
