Друзья добрый день. Я сразу намечу, что я инвалид 1 группы с финальной стадией рака. У меня одна рабочая рука. Писать тяжело. Проблема такая. Я купил ключ Who Calls и вместо добавления срока использования по старой подписке образовалась параллельная подписка... Можно это как то исправить? 🥺

Нет. Такого не имеется. Только, как писал выше, с удаленным доступом, в том числе и с anyDesk, скриншотами яндекса и утилитой Ditto (история буфера обмена). Все это прекрасно работало раньше. Именно выглядит, как вы отвечали выше, как блокировка при безопасном браузере. Но он не открыт. Причем поэксперементировал на ноуте подключаясь сам к себе с и без безопасного браузера - поведение яндекса именно такое же, но Хром в черный экран не уходит. Т.е. что-то близко, но иное.

If they are "constantly" running and you don't have any app opened who uses webview2 runtime, you have serious problems in your system. Webview2 runtime processes are not intended to run all the time in the background, unless you have an app who needs them.

Torrent router configuration is via Openvpn, only available to Premium subscribers this includes manual country selection, but, we may not be clear on what (you're) asking, so IF (you) don't mind - please restate / redefine the query & post back ? Do you know if it´s possible to get a router configuration for torrenting or is it only possible to choose country for the virtual server?

@alexkd Проблема наблюдается только с удаленным доступом? Просто есть сообщения о падениях проводника при вызове контекстного меню, вроде проявляется похожим образом с черным экраном. Причина в конфликте с XnViewMP Shell Extension, помогает переустановка этого приложения без Shell Extension. Подробнее в этой теме.

All of them running from "c:\programdata\Kaspersky... \win10" I'm waiting for this update to K Plus 21.22.7.466 in my other PC's, to verify if this happens on all of them (2pc's + 2 laptop) People still using 21.21.6 don't have this issue, because custom webview2 folder is not present. I'd like to have feedback from people running latest Kaspersky in Windows 11, too. Thanks for your help.

@Schulte Danke für deine schnelle Antwort. Dann lasse ich die Standortdaten weiterhin deaktiviert und verlasse mich drauf, dass Kaspersky mich vollumfänglich schützt. Ich habe auch bisher nichts gegenteiliges feststellen können.

Abhängige Schutzfunktionen gibt es meines Wissens nicht. Auch beim VPN geht es nur um die reine Erkennung des WLans. Da möchte MS wohl gerne eigene Schlüsse ziehen. Die Schutzfunktion basiert aber auf der Analyse des Datenverkehrs. Auf diesen hat Kaspersky uneingeschränkt Zugriff, auch bei verweigerten Standortdaten.

Что за такой агент? Или Вы имеете ввиду агент администрирования "KSC"? Вот для второго выше и приведена команда установки. Сам привык к формированию инсталляционного пакета установки состоящего из инсталлера и командного сценария, запускающий этот-самый инсталлер с любыми-различными параметрами. Вот и Вам предлагаю поступить также. Создать *.cmd с указанной командой выше, оба файла положить в одну директорию, где при создании инсталляционного пакета выбрать *.cmd и отметить галку, что-то типа такого - "Копировать всю папку в инсталляционный пакет".

Hallo @Schulte, danke für deine Ergänzung. Kaspersky VPN nutze ich gar nicht und war das nicht auch eine extra zu installierende Software, die nicht direkt in Kaspersky Standard enthalten? Zumindest habe ich sie in Kaspersky Standard noch nirgends gesehen. Kurzum: D.h. für mich aber weiterhin, ich kann die Ortungsdienste deaktiviert lassen (sonst werden diese bei mir von keiner Software benötigt) und das hat keinen Einfluss auf die Schutzfunktion von Kaspersky für mich oder gibt es vielleicht doch noch weitere Schutz-Funktionen, die davon abhängig sind? Ich möchte wie erwähnt ungern Microsoft alle möglichen Daten freigeben, außer natürlich Kaspersky erfordert das doch irgendwie, damit das System geschützt ist.

После продления лицензии и на Касперский плюс запретил опере использовать камеру. После этого при переключении источника звука опера не как не реагирует и остается на одном источнике. Так же с трансляцией, изображение уходит на телевизор, а звуе идет с колонок компьютера.

Bienvenido a la Comunidad de Kaspersky. Normalmente, las nuevas versiones se liberan de forma progresiva, con lo que es complicado saber exactamente cuando te llegará, puede tardar unas semanas seguramente. Saludos.

Bonsoir, Après installation de la nouvelle version 21.22.7.466(a) et la mise à jour des bases (date d'édition 22/08/2025 21h46) et une dernière tentative d'achat sans succès sur le même site français, j'ai examiné les rapports en détail et constaté que bon nombre de bannières et popups étaient bloqués par K. J'ai donc eu l'idée (de génie!) de réactiver la protection bancaire pour le site français facétieux. Et oh surprise tout à fonctionné correctement. La fenêtre blanche (sur la seconde capture d'écran) contenait toutes les données nécessaires à la finalisation de l'achat!! "J'critique pas l'coté farce, mais bon pourt le fairplay, y 'aurait tout de même un peu à redire, non?" :)) Si un modérateur peut titrer le post comme résolu.... Merci ;-) Bien cordialement,
