in the link, it mentions "Go to secure connection tab", where is this tab? Is it on the Windows App? Or I should login somewhere through the browser?

Thank you for posting back & the extra question!

  1. Login to (your) MyKaspersky account & select VPN tab.

I completed the steps, but the connection from openvpn cannot be established! getting errors like it's blocked by ISP although it does work on windows.

I tried both udp and tcp protocols, is there anything I can do to get the same results like in windows?
