NAS myCould EX2 Ultra wird nicht erkannt [MOVED]

KIS blockiert die NAS, sie wird nicht erkannt. Auch ein login über myCloud ist nicht möglich. Was kann ich tun?

Hallo @Jürgen Kolb ,

schau bitte mal unter “Einstellungen - Schutz - Firewall - Netzwerke”, ob deine Netzwerkverbindung auf Vertrauenswürdig oder Lokales Netzwerk steht.

die Einstellung sieht so aus, öffentliches Netzwerk, den Punkt Vertrauenswürdig kann ich nicht entdecken.

sehe gerade, ich kann von Öffentliches Netzwerk, auf Vertrauenswürdiges Netzwerk umschalten. Soll ich die Fritzbox auf Vertrauenswürdig umschalten?

wenn ich stellvertretend antworten darf:

stelle die Fritzbox bitte auf “Lokales Netzwerk” um.
Erst wenn das nicht klappt solltest Du “Vertrauenswürdig” benutzen.
