Made payment and did not recieve the activation code

I made the payment yesterday and did not get any activatioon code for my new license. payment went through. Read some complains in  this form saying i need to contact support with email. Contacted support with support ticket number ID INC000015717755. Still no response PS; 24 hours has past already. Service is horrible and I have been A loyal customer since 2021
