Laptop Keyboard Locked

Hi guys !!!

Since I installed Kaspersky, I have had problems with my keyboard, it hangs and I need to restart my laptop to restore it, current posts on this topic are related to desktop computers. My last problem was after using the secure browser for banking transactions.

Laptop Features:

1. Lenovo
2. 64-bit Windows 10
3. Kaspersky installed: Kaspersky Internet Security
